3 CHANGE MAKERS & VISIONARIES Strategic Plan | 2024-2029
How does a school create a five-year Strategic Plan while exercising faith in God, His plans, and His timing? We do it by committing our ways to Him daily, because every day matters.
Spanning nearly four decades, God has written a beautiful story of who we are at Fellowship Christian School. We have faithfully walked where He led.
The 2024-2029 Strategic Plan is a long-term strategy that serves as a guide to direct our daily steps over the next season so that we can look back and confidently say: “We made every day matter.”
While we are eager and honored to share our strategic plan, it is imperative to remember the critical yesterdays that got us here. In the Spring of 2023, nearly 100 constituents with expertise across the spectrum gathered to offer input, ideation, and collaboration toward our vision for the future. Sixteen teams worked diligently together over a ten-month period, creating thoughtful plans that were presented to the Steering Committee and Board of Directors for polish and refinement.
Our teams’ thorough and meaningful work resulted in a five-year strategic plan reflecting where we believe God is leading our community. We believe this future cultivates a community of Changemakers and Visionaries who will shape the landscape of tomorrow with faith, resilience, creativity, and a shared commitment to excellence for God’s glory alone.
As we transition from year to year and leader to leader, we do so with great intentionality to follow God’s lead. We remain eager to witness how God will continue to bless His great work at Fellowship Christian School, and we trust that He will continue to faithfully establish our steps.
Our deepest appreciation is extended to every individual who faithfully gave of their time and talents to shape the future direction of Fellowship. Today, we step into the future. And today matters.
We hope you will be inspired by the 2024-2029 Strategic Plan!

MISSION
Partnering to inspire academic curiosity, impeccable character, and Christian leadership grounded in biblical truth.
CORE VALUES
BIBLICAL TRUTH
God has revealed all that we as Christians need for a life committed to Jesus in His perfect and Holy Word. We hold the 66 books of the Bible as authoritative and relevant to our lives and the lives of our students. We teach biblical truth both explicitly and implicitly across all divisions and disciplines and believe that seeing the world through the lens of a biblical worldview is the only way to understand it.
STEWARDSHIP
At Fellowship, we believe it is our responsibility to steward all our resources well. We steward physical and financial resources, the hearts and minds entrusted to us, as well as opportunities and relationships.
RELATIONSHIP
Foundational to our belief as Christians and educators is relationship. The God of the Bible is a relational God as is evidenced in His Trinitarian nature (an example of perfect community) and in the person and work of Jesus Christ. As educators, we know that the best and most impactful teaching happens within the context of relationships.
INTENTIONALITY
We know God has a purpose for everything He created and every story He has written. Because of His intentionality, we believe it is our responsibility to be like Him in that way. Whether it is the curriculum we choose, the employee we hire, the program we develop, the space we build, or the furniture we put in it, we believe we need a reason to make that decision.
CHARACTER
We believe that we are called by God to imitate Jesus and those who imitate Him. That begins with character. If our vision for our students is for them to be Godly men and women, then that starts with their being inspired to impeccable character... character like Christ’s.

VISION
Students who live with purpose and lead with intent for God’s glory alone.
