Matching with September October 2015 participants
24th October 2015
Post work planning and progress analyzing and evaluation of the entire FK project from the interns’ perspective.
Partners meeting to evaluate the FK project. Renew contracts with partner organizations that we would like to continue working with next year and raise new opportunities for those that need termination of contracts.
The selection process is through a review board interview
It is important that this is done as soon as the participants finish their internship so that they can be reintegrated and evaluation done in a timely manner. Also during this seminar, the interns are to give a detailed plan of their post-work. It is easier to maintain the relationship we have with these organizations. We will also create new partnerships, if needs be, who are in alignment with the FK & AIESEC Kenya’s goals and strategies.
This will be done with collaboration
(for all the South to South Participants), then the selected interns will have a final interview with the host country management team to ensure selection of quality EPs.
from the South to South countries.

TEAM- WORK is important for this project to be successful: Every end of the month the interns have to review their plan for the month and give feedback to the team leader (for that month) on how she/he managed the team during his/her month and how he/she can improve his/her leadership skills. The next months’ team leader will then share their plans and activities of the next month to the rest of the FK interns in order to have a smooth exchange experience.
