Arena is located on the traditional lands of the Dja Dja Wurrung and the Taungurung Peoples of the Kulin Nation. They are the traditional custodians of this land and we pay
annual
our respects to them. We also recognise that there are many

who live in Bendigo, and we pay our respects to them also.

THANK YOU Our heartfelt thanks go out to all our supporters and partners. In March 2019, we held our first fundraising event in Bendigo, inviting the local community to donate to our Creative Classrooms program. Our long-time supporters Ruth & Peter McMullin offered $10,000 matched funding, the Ulumbara Foundation offered $5,000 and a further $7,000 was raised by individual donations. Our supporters really came through, and we are continuing to develop our relationship with key donors and philanthropic foundations in the Bendigo region. We’d like to thank the staff at Bendigo Venues and Events, who have welcomed us into their home. We would like to thank the City of Greater Bendigo for all of their support over the past 2 years and most importantly to thank Creative Victoria, without whom we would not be here at all.
