My potential customer is Olga. She is 22 years old and originally from Armenia. She is currently studying at London College of Fashion, studying fashion communications. As her part-time job she works as an assistant at Hussein Chalayan Shoreditch studio. She likes provocative artists and designers. She admires Alexander McQueen and David Bowie. These people are the main source of inspiration for her. Besides visiting new galleries and exhibitions every week , she loves adventurous trips to random places around the UK. She is obsessed with sport inspired fashion clothing. She describes her own style as an urban grunge. Her main priorities when buying something are comfort and colour. She is very into dark colours, and most of the time she wears black. She believes that not wearing colourful clothing all the time does not make you boring. It’s all about the details for her. She expresses her personality with interesting and quirky accessories. She loves to make a statement in her clothing and stand out from the crowd. She likes oversized, but at the same time feminine silhouettes. She expects very high standard of quality and comfort from her clothes. That’s why she chooses luxury and expensive brands over high street.
