Move the parking lot north-east, to make the whole west side of Charlottenlund disconnected from car traffic.

Deposit most of the snow from the neighbourhood, which will be transformed into snow sculptures Summer The place can also be used as skating/bmx park and as a shed-building site for children

Easy access for people from Rehabilitation Center to take walking tours, or just to have a view over the area while sheltered from rain and wind. Connect it to the site.

Make infrastructure on poles, to not interfere with the natural water flow to the pond. The pond can be an artifical feeding ground for ducks.


Topography and trees hinder the cold northern wind, and can make good climate conditions. Rehabilitation Center

In the summertime, people have mentioned that the surface can be marshy. Therefore there is less activity in the summer.


I belive that a path system and manmade surfaces can interfere with the natural pathway of the water, and make the surface more wet. Pond
