PRODUCTION OF
Guys and Dolls tells the story of a group of small-time gamblers and the ladies in their lives. Nathan Detroit bets his pal, Sky Masterson, that he can’t make the next lady he sees fall in love with him, and when the next “doll” happens to be the prim and proper neighbourhood Salvationist Sarah Brown, the stage is set for an evening of high spirited entertainment, set to the toe-tapping beat of Loesser’s superlative score. Set in Damon Runyon's mythical New York City, this oddball romantic comedy - considered by many to be the perfect musical comedy – soars with the spirit of Broadway as it introduces us to a cast of vivid characters who take us from the heart of Times Square to the cafes of Havana, Cuba, and even into the sewers of New York City. Funny and romantic, “Guys And Dolls” is ideal for audiences and performers!
