Major Randy Hartt
We are very excited to join The Suisun City Kroc Center and are absolutely passionate about walking beside the children and the families – and guiding them - to achieve their dreams. In this time of transition, we would like everyone to know that we are truly impressed with all that we have learned about the Suisun City Kroc Center and look forward to building relationships within this community.
From our experience at The Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club in Yuma, AZ, we have learned about the challenges facing young people and families. We have learned to assist the community through counselling and strive to be Christ-like in every aspect of our ministries. We want to demonstrate through our actions that Jesus truly is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
Kroc Center Administrator & Solano County Family Services The Salvation Army of Solano County
Majors Randy and Tracie Hartt are administrators of The Salvation Army Kroc Center and provide leadership and oversight to Salvation Army programs throughout Solano County.
We are people of prayer whose hope and desire is to shine the light of Christ in everything that we do. We have three children, and our son and his wife, Stephen and Faith, are finishing their first year at The Salvation Army College for Officer Training. Our middle child, Victoria, is leading a Service Corps team this summer and will enter The College for Officer Training in August. Our youngest daughter, Abbi, is 11 years old and loves singing, dancing, judo, and the dramatic arts. She is really excited about making new friends at the Kroc Center.
Kroc Center Administrator & Solano County Coordinator The Salvation Army of Solano County
May God richly bless each and every one of you.
Sincerely, Majors Randy & Tracie Hartt

WORSHIP SERVICE SUNDAY AT 11:00 AM
The Salvation Army Kroc Worship invites you to join the family. We are vibrant, our welcome is warm and our teaching reflects those of Christ. Allow us to greet you with a smile this Sunday at 11:00 am with classes for the whole family at 10:00 am teaching Biblical principles and foundational understanding. Over the last four years, thousands of people have discovered the Kroc Center and are now utilizing every part of it. From the gym to the swimming pool; rock climbing to our educational and enrichment programs, there is presence in all four corners of our center! At the center of all we do is Kroc Worship – a church where the family of believers recognize the importance of having a personal relationship with Christ, and aim to deepen their understanding of who He is as their personal Lord and Savior. Majors Randy and Tracie Hartt would like to personally invite you to join us for Worship at the Kroc on Sunday mornings at 11 AM. Our worship style is contemporary and the teaching is solidly grounded in Scripture. With activities for every age group and child watch provided during services, worship at the Kroc Center is family friendly, warm and extremely welcoming. But don’t just take our word for it, visit us any Sunday and see for yourself. We’ll be waiting at the door to greet you!
At the Kroc Center, intentional living starts with making a decision to get more engaged. Therefore, we have developed a number of elements that help families mature and grow spiritually through weekly character development programs. These programs are broken up into age appropriate groups with impassioned leaders who love God and the people they guide. Our objective is to meet people where they are spiritually and provide opportunities for growth in every aspect of life. In addition to the physical wellness programs offered at the Kroc Center, the Kroc focuses on spiritual wellness.
Kroc Kids Breakfast Club
Vibrant, upbeat and exciting time for children to learn some of the greatest Biblical stories. They will develop a foundation with Christ through music, crafts and interactive activities.
New Beginnings
An adult Bible class which focuses on those who are in recovery from addiction and searching for a new way with Christ.
Firm Foundations
Understanding Scripture from Genesis to Christ is important for new believers and those who have accepted Christ but have never truly implemented Scripture in their life. The Firm Foundations class develops an understanding of Scripture, it’s history and chronology.

Family Sundays maybe just what your family has been looking for. Once a month we create a service the entire family can enjoy together. How often do families actually worship all together these days? While we know our children learn and develop at a different pace we believe it is important that each month your family can come together and worship. Our youth chorus and youth brass will participate. There will be activities for the kids to do during the service to keep their attention and opportunities for them to interact with the pastors during the service. Don’t miss Family Sunday on the last Sunday of each month.

OPPORTUNITIES
FOR SERVICE
Giving hope to a family in need can impact lives in immeasurable ways. We have heard countless times from people who are now working and back on their feet, or have recovered from an addiction or a major crisis in their lives, of how The Salvation Army provided hope for a better tomorrow at a time when they needed it the most. We can’t however do it alone. In fact, we can’t do it at all without the generosity of people like you. You can Give Hope year round, and especially during the holiday season by being generous with your time, talents, and treasures. Giving Hope can be as simple as:
Give Your Time
Be a volunteer. Opportunities for volunteerism include packing food bags for families in need, painting and general maintenance of our facilities, teaching classes at the Kroc Center and assisting in the various activities that take place every day. Individual volunteers are always needed. Groups of people can have an even greater impact. When Bible study groups, service clubs, churches, neighborhoods, businesses and even families all come together, we are able to provide even more hope to people in need.
Give Your Talent
Are you a great organizer, teacher, leader or have a particular talent that could be used to provide to people in need? We need individuals to organize food drives, teach classes, plan fundraisers and join our team of advisors.
Give Your Treasure
Financial gifts of all sizes make a difference. Your financial gift can put food on the table of a hungry senior, a roof over the head of a homeless mom and her children, or gas in the car of a veteran who needs to attend a doctor’s appointment. Your gift of whatever amount enables The Salvation Army to meet immediate needs as they arise. Giving Hope is really very simple and starts with your willingness to do so. Together we can transform lives forever. Will you Give Hope?
To register as a volunteer with The Salvation Army and discover all the great volunteer opportunities with our organization call our volunteer hotline at 439-7884 or visit www.gokroc.org and click on the Volunteer tab. Seasonal Volunteer Opportunities:

Bouldering
Bouldering is a form of rock climbing that is performed safely without the use of ropes or harnesses. It serves to build stamina, technique, and increase finger strength. While it can be done without any equipment whatsoever, most climbers use climbing shoes to help secure footholds, chalk to keep their hands dry, and bouldering crash pads to prevent injuries from falls. The sport originated as a method of training for roped climbs and mountaineering. Bouldering enables climbers to practice at a safe distance from the ground. At the Kroc, our bouldering height is 11 feet at head level, and boulderers position crash pads near the climbing wall to provide a softer landing, as well as one or more spotters to help redirect the climber towards the pads.
