REMEMBER A MEMORY- You were relaxed, happy, or having fun. *Remember every sense….. *Draw the memory on the palm of your hand *On each finger write what you could see, smell, hear, taste, feel.. *When you are feeling anxious , worried or angry… *Take a moment to look or think about your memory palm *Remember the memories to give you strength *To give you time

Take deep breaths as you watch the glitter fall, it will help you calm down: brain, body and all. ︎ When you need to calm down it is a helpful tool. Use it a few times until you are feeling better and cool! ︎
