Speech Writing—Exercise by Chloe Softley, 7 Hydrogen. HEY you, do you do enough exercise?! Just a question. Do you want to be fit and healthy? I could be here all day if explaining the benefits but to keep it short and sweet I have picked out the best ones for you, these are a few of my personal favourites. In terms of physical health it reduces your risk of heart disease and helps manage your weight. The mental benefits are too good to be true! When you run a chemical in your brain called endorphins are released which make you feel happy! Why wouldn’t you want to do exercise to feel like this?! I know I sure feel good after a good old run. Many people have and negative opinions on exercise but… I am here to change that, right here, right now! There are endless ways to exercise, We could run We could jump We could do it TOGETHER If I have not said enough for you to pick up your trainers and start exercising then let me hit you with some statistics. If you do regular exercise you have up to a 50% lower risk of type 2 diabetes and up to a 35% lower risk of coronary heart disease and stroke. Come on that MUST be enough reasons now.
Check out Audible Stories It is also worth nothing that, for as long as schools are closed, Audible is making its extensive collection of children's audio books available to stream free of charge: https://stories.audible.com/start-listen. It is definitely worth a visit!
