Ms Di Ilio: The Librarian of Auschwitz

Set in Auschwitz during World War Two, this is a heartwarming, yet heart-wrenching read - in a world where books are more treasured than life. The main character is an inspiration to us all, never giving up hope in the most impossible circumstances.

This is a story about a really naughty kid, who, in every chapter does something bad and gets into trouble.

Liesel, a nine-year-old book thief, is living with a foster family on Himmel Street, as her parents have been taken away to a concentration camp.
