2 ½ lbs chuck steak or roast cut into pieces 1 chicken cut in 4 pieces each

Cook in chicken broth together until soft but not falling apart Grind meat and chicken with a large raw onion Mix in 2 raw eggs

Dough 2 eggs ½ cup water Enough flour to make a dough that’s not dry or too sticky (start with 1 cup)

Pat out dough to an oval and cut into triangles Fill with a teaspoon of the meat mixture, pinch into a triangle/pyramid shape and cook in boiling water for 20 minutes
