Macaroni Salad
1 lb elbow macaroni 1 green pepper, chopped 1 grated carrot 1 onion, finely chopped 1 teaspoon relish Salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon garlic salt 2 tablespoons sour cream 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Cook elbows until al dente. Drain and coll. Add all of the ingredients and mix well. Chill in fridge
