Curriculum draws from the interests, talents, and experiences of older adult learners. A Short History of Food - Part II

Students will explore colors as well as adjectives and their opposites. Finally, students will use adjectives to ask about and express another’s personality or character. Each chapter will include a “Cultural Capsule” in which specific components of Spanish/Latino culture will be examined and discussed.
