ด้วยวิสัยทัศน์และพันธกิจต่างๆ ที่ทางเทศบาล เมืองบึงยี่โถได้ด�ำเนินการล้วนมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อการพัฒนา อย่ า งยั่ ง ยื น อั น ประกอบด้ ว ย การบู ร ณาการทางด้ า น การคมนาคมให้มคี วามสะดวก รวดเร็ว ทัง้ ทางบกและทางน�้ำ รวมไปถึงไฟฟ้า-ประปาเพียงพอส�ำหรับทุกครัวเรือน ควบคู่ ไปกั บ การพั ฒ นาภู มิ ทั ศ น์ ใ ห้ มี ค วามสวยงาม สะอาด ปราศจากขยะ มลภาวะ ไม่มสี งิ่ แวดล้อมทีเ่ ป็นพิษ และมุง่ เน้น คุณภาพชีวติ ของประชาชนเป็นหลัก ตัง้ แต่เด็ก เยาวชน และ ผู้ด้อยโอกาสให้ได้รับการศึกษาภาคบังคับอย่างเท่าเทียม ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาอาชีพและรายได้อย่างพอเพียง อันช่วย สร้างให้เศรษฐกิจชุมชนมีความเข้มแข็งสามารถพึง่ พาตนเองได้ รวมไปถึงการดูแลทางด้านสุขภาพร่างกาย การบริการ ศูนย์สาธารณสุข ก็ลว้ นแล้วแต่สร้างความอุน่ ใจให้กบั พีน่ อ้ ง ประชาชนเมื่อเจ็บป่วย

ทัง้ หมดนีล้ ว้ นแล้วแต่เป็นพันธกิจทีช่ ว่ ยส่งเสริมให้ ต� ำ บลบึ ง ยี่ โ ถมี ก ารพั ฒ นาอย่ า งยั่ ง ยื น และประชาชนมี คุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี สู่วิสัยทัศน์ของเทศบาลเมืองบึงยี่โถที่ว่า “เทศบาลเมืองบึงยี่โถ เป็นเมืองน่าอยู่ มีสภาพแวดล้อม ทีส่ ะอาดสวยงาม ประชาชนมีความสมานฉันท์ เอือ้ อาทร ต่อกัน มีคณ ุ ภาพชีวติ ทีด่ ี สามารถพึง่ ตนเองได้ และชุมชน มีความเข้มแข็ง” ประสบผลส�ำเร็จ

การจัดท�ำวารสารประชาสัมพันธ์เทศบาลเมืองบึงยีโ่ ถ ฉบับนี้ เป็นสิง่ ทีแ่ สดงให้เห็นถึงความส�ำเร็จในโครงการต่างๆ ทีเ่ กิดขึน้ ได้เพราะพวกเราชาวบึงยีโ่ ถร่วมใจกันพัฒนา ท�ำให้ ต�ำบลบึงยีโ่ ถมีความน่าอยู่ และขอฝากด้วยข้อความสุดท้าย ที่ว่า

According to the vision and mission of Buengyitho Municipality, all performance taken at Municipality has aimed to create sustainable development which includes: Integration of both land and water transportation for more convenience, service providing on adequate water and power supply for each household, landscape development to create beautiful and clean environment without pollution and hazard, creation of equal quality of public life for children, youths, and the underprivileged in term of compulsory education, and promoting professional development and revenue sufficiency. These help to create piece of mind to the people and an economic community with a strong self-reliant, as well as physical health care and service providing from health center.

These aforementioned missions would successfully promoted Buengyitho Municipality to create a sustainable development and the good quality of public life under the vision of Buengyitho Municipality that “Buengyitho Municipality is beautiful city with clean and good environment, a harmonized society, a better quality of life, self-reliant and strengthened community.”.

This Annual Report Year 2015 of Bueng Yitho Municipality demonstrates a success of various projects and a confederacy of every people in local development and creation of beautiful community. Lastly, I would like to take opportunity to leave everyone these following messages:

First of all, I would like to greet everyone in Buengyitho Sub-district. As the Chairman of Buengyitho Municipal Council, I welcome the opportunity to serve the people in Buengyitho Municipality. Throughout the years, I have fully tried to develop our Buengyitho Sub-district according to the needs of the people as much as possible and also drive, promote, support, and create the opportunity to upgrade the quality of the lives of children, youths, women, the elderly and the disabled and disadvantaged along with the development of infrastructure, educational systems, professional groups, and the security of life and property, as well as upholding religion, tradition, and cultures.

Under the aforementioned roles, I have a mind full of practice to work with all the related management, members, officials, and employees, who have used their knowledge, commitment, patience, strength, sacrifice, and unity to overcome the problems so that the people in Buengyitho Sub-district would live with joy, security, and peace every day.

เทศบาลเมืองบึงยี่โถ ในฐานะองค์กรปกครองท้องถิ่น ที่มีความใกล้ชิดกับ ประชาชน มีภารกิจด้านต่างๆครอบคลุม เพื่อ “การบ�ำบัดทุกข์ บ�ำรุงสุข” อันเป็น เป้าหมายขององค์กร

ในรอบปีที่ผ่านมา ปีงบประมาณ 2558 เทศบาลไม่เพียงแต่ให้บริการด้าน สาธารณูปโภค-สาธารณูปการ เท่านัน้ ในด้านคุณภาพชีวติ เทศบาลก็ได้ทมุ่ เทมุง่ มัน่ ให้ความส�ำคัญด้านคุณภาพชีวติ ให้กบั ประชาชน การเสริมสร้างรายได้ การอยูด่ กี นิ ดี ความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน ด้านสาธรารณสุขฯการบริการครบทั้ง 4 ด้าน ป้องกัน ส่งเสริม รักษา และบ�ำบัดฟื้นฟู เทศบาลยังได้จัดบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความ สามารถ มีประสบการณ์ให้กับการบริการ เช่น นายแพทย์ ทันตแพทย์ เภสัชกร พยาบาลวิชาชีพ นักกายภาพบ�ำบัด นักวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาฯลฯ รวมทั้งจัดหา อาคารสถานที่ เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ที่ทันสมัย แลปตรวจผลเลือดและเครื่องเอ็กซ์เรย์ ต่างๆ ไว้บริการ ในส่วนกลุ่มผู้สูงวัยก็เป็นอีกกลุ่มเป้าหมายหนึ่งที่ต้องให้การดูแล เอาใจใส่ด้านสุขภาพจิตและสุขภาพกาย องค์ความรู้ต่างๆ ในการใช้ชีวิต ทั้งด้าน การใช้ยา อาหาร อารมณ์ ฯลฯ เทศบาลได้จัดตั้งศูนย์ผู้สูงวัยไว้บริการ 3 ศูนย์ ครอบคลุมพื้นที่และเปิดบริการแล้ว

วารสารประชาสัมพันธ์เทศบาลเมืองบึงยีโ่ ถฉบับนี้ ประจ�ำปี 2558 เป็นการ รวบรวมผลงานให้เห็นว่าทั้งปีเทศบาลฯ ได้ด�ำเนินกิจการอะไรบ้างสู่การบริการ ประชาชนในเขตต�ำบลของเรา

Message from Municipal Clerk of Buengyitho Municipality

Buengyitho Municipality, as a local public organization, has various missions to “relieve suffer and bring happiness” in order to achieve the goal of Municipality.

Throughout the fiscal year 2015, the Municipality not only provided the public infrastructure, but also dedicated its focus on the quality of life for its people, revenue enhancement, well-being, security of life and property, and public health in terms of prevention, promotion, treatment, and recovery. In addition, Buengyitho Municipality has organized personnel who are qualified and experienced, such as doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nurses, physical therapists, sports scientists, coaches, etc., including supplying

the buildings, premises, modern laboratory equipment used for blood analysis and x-ray devices. The elderly are another target group requiring specialist mental and physical care, to this end the goal was to provide care for the elderly in mental health, physical health and life knowledge. The municipality has set up and opened 3 centers for elderly services covering these areas and the fields of medicine, food and mood.

This Annual Report of Buengyitho Municipality for the Year 2015 is another important channel to communicate with everyone in Buengyitho Sub-district and other interested parties that are aiming to share in our beneficial activities that have been enjoyed by both local people and the Municipality throughout the whole year.

เทศบาลเมื อ งบึ ง ยี่ โ ถ ได้ รั บ การยกฐานะ เป็น “เทศบาลเมือง” เมื่อวันที่ 25 พฤศจิกายน 2554 ตามประกาศกระทรวงมหาดไทย สาเหตุทมี่ กี ารยกฐานะ สืบเนื่องจาก เขตพื้นที่ต�ำบลบึงยี่โถมีความเจริญเติบโต และมีการพัฒนาในหลายๆ ด้านอย่างรวดเร็ว อาทิ การ พาณิชยกรรม การท่องเทีย่ ว การศึกษา การอุตสาหกรรม การกีฬา การคมนาคมขนส่ง และสภาพสังคมมีการ เปลีย่ นแปลงไปสูก่ ารเป็นสังคมเมืองมากขึน้ ตลอดจนวิถี ชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของประชาชนในต�ำบลบึงยี่โถมีการ ปรับตัวให้สอดคล้องกับความเป็นสังคมเมือง

Buengyitho Municipality

Buengyitho Municipality has been cited as a “Municipality” on November 25, 2554 by the Ministry of Interior. The causes cited were due to the growth of the Buengyitho district. The municipality has continued developing rapidly in many areas, including commercial, tourism, education, sports, and the transportation industry. Social conditions have meant a change to a more urban society. The way of life for the people in Buengyitho district has adjustment in accordance with the civil society.

Buengyitho Municipality is an organization whose mission is to act in the public interests and improve both services and quality of life. The public need of Buengyitho Sub-district is to address the physical well-being, quality of life and good mental health. It is necessary to change the position to a larger organization to comply with the changes in the society and in order to meet the demand. Problems suffered by the public will be able to be dealt with more thoroughly and cover both more quickly and efficiently.

ความหมายของตราสัญลักษณ์เทศบาลเมืองบึงยี่โถ

1. รวงข้าวสีเขียว (ทางซ้ายมือ) หมายถึง อาชีพดั้งเดิมของประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่ต�ำบลบึงยี่โถ

2. ต้นยี่โถสีเขียว (ทางขวามือ) หมายถึง ไม้พุ่มขนาดกลาง มีใบแคบเรียวแหลม เนื้อใบค่อนข้างหนาและ แข็งเป็นสีขาว ออกดอกเป็นช่อแน่นตามปลาย ดอกยีโ่ ถ มีกลีบดอก 5 กลีบ ต้นยีโ่ ถจะออกดอกตลอดทัง้ ปี มีสแี ดง ชมพู และขาว เป็นไม้ประดับกลางแจ้ง ซึ่งในอดีตมีมากในเขตพื้นที่ต�ำบลบึงยี่โถเนื่องจากมีพื้นที่ลุ่ม สันนิษฐานว่าเป็นที่มา ของชือ่ “ต�ำบลบึงยีโ่ ถ” ปัจจุบนั เทศบาลเมืองบึงยีโ่ ถได้ปลูกต้นยีโ่ ถไว้ทหี่ น้าส�ำนักงานเทศบาล ริมถนนรังสิต - นครนายก และริมคลองรังสิตประยูรศักดิ์ ตลอดพื้นที่ คลอง 3 - คลอง 5

3. ดอกบัวตูมสีชมพู 4 ดอก หมายถึง จ�ำนวนหมู่บ้านในเขตต�ำบลบึงยี่โถ หมู่ 1 ถึง หมู่ 4 ซึ่งดอกบัวเป็น ดอกไม้ประจ�ำจังหวัดปทุมธานี

4. ลายไทยสีเหลือง 2 ลาย หมายถึง วัดเขียนเขต (พระอารามหลวง) และวัดมูลจินดาราม ซึ่งเป็นวัดที่อยู่ ในเขตต�ำบลบึงยี่โถ Definitions of Buengyitho municipality’s Emblem

1. The Green Rice (left) represents the traditional occupation of the people in the district Buengyitho.

2. Oleander green (right) represents a medium-sized shrub. A narrow, pointed leaves the texture is quite thick and a solid white. A bouquet of flowers as a tight end, Oleander flowers have five petals, Oleander flowers will bloom all year round, red, pink and white ornamental outdoors. In the past, they were in many areas of Buengyitho Municipality due to the lowland areas. It is assumed that this is where the origin of the name “Bueng Yitho” comes from. Buengyitho Municipality planted Oleander in front of the municipal offices along the Rangsit - Nakhon Nayok Road and along Rangsit Prayoonrasak Canal in Klong 3 to Khlong 5 areas.

The total area of the Municipality of Buengyitho is 15.393 ​​ square kilometers or approximately 9892 rai, covering the entire district of Buengyitho. It is bordered in all four directions.

Over the coming years, Buengyitho municipality has been awarded the governance several consecutive years. The main administration with the people at its core has had a mission to be consistent and accommodate the needs of all of the residents in its entirety.

It covers all aspects of education and has established the Child Development Center and kindergartens to cover all areas to meet the needs of the working population in the city and those who live in the municipality of Buengyitho. We have provided a system of education that helps children to develop efficient public health this is particularly important to maintain quality of life ongoing.

The Health Center Physical Therapy Center has modern equipment and medical professionals to offer advice. It also has development centers for the quality of life with many activities and so on.

With every project that has been a success it has been driven from a need of the people and with the will of the local people together working with the government has led to advancements for the local people. Developments in the area have been to meet the needs of the people of Buengyitho Sub-district so that our communities are sustainable. Full of smiles and happiness for all the people.

The Health Center of Buengyitho Municipality gives attention to the health care of all the people. It offers a comprehensive examination and treatment center. ด้วยอัตราการเพิม่ ขึน้ ของประชากรผูส้ งู อายุในเขตต�ำบลบึงยีโ่ ถทีม่ ี จ�ำนวนมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ในแต่ละปี ประกอบกับทางเทศบาลฯ ได้จัดกิจกรรม ต่างๆ ขึน้ เพือ่ ส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวติ ให้กบั ผูส้ งู อายุอย่างต่อเนือ่ งโดยการส่งเสริม การออกก�ำลังกายในชุมชน อาทิ ร�ำไม้พลอง การเต้นแอโรบิค โยคะ ลีลาศ เป็นต้น

เทศบาลเมืองบึงยี่โถ เล็งเห็นถึงความส�ำคัญในการดูแลสุขภาพ ผู้สูงอายุและประชาชน โดยเฉพาะผู้สูงอายุที่ปัจจุบันมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นทุกปี จึงได้จดั สรรงบประมาณเพือ่ การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวติ ผูส้ งู อายุขนึ้ โดยเน้นการ ป้องกันโรค และสร้างเสริมสุขภาพเป็นหลัก และด�ำเนินการจัดตัง้ ศูนย์พฒ ั นา คุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุขึ้นจ�ำนวน 2 ศูนย์ อันได้แก่ ศูนย์ที่ 1 หมู่บ้านฟ้ารังสิต ศูนย์ที่ 2 หมูบ่ า้ นปิยวรารมย์ และในอนาคตอันใกล้จะเปิดศูนย์ท ี่ 3 หมูบ่ า้ นสถาพร

ภายในศูนย์ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมทีห่ ลากหลายและครบวงจร เน้น การดูแลในรูปแบบองค์รวม ทั้งทางร่างกาย จิตใจ สังคม และจิตวิญญาณ อาทิ กิจกรรมด้านสุขภาพอย่างโยคะ ไทเก๊ก ลีลาศ ฟิตเนส แอโรบิค เปตอง ว่ายน�ำ ้ นวดแผนไทย อบซาวน่า หรือกิจกรรมสร้างความบันเทิงผ่อนคลาย จิตใจอย่างการฝึกออกเสียงร้องเพลงคาราโอเกะ กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างความรู้ อาทิ การเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐาน การเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาจีน การฝึกอาชีพระยะสั้น รวมถึงการปฏิบัติธรรมเพื่อให้มีจิตใจที่สงบ แจ่มใส ซึง่ ทัง้ หมดทีก่ ล่าวมานัน้ ได้จดั สรรพืน้ ทีเ่ ป็นสัดส่วนและอยูภ่ ายใต้การดูแลของ เจ้าหน้าทีอ่ ย่างใกล้ชดิ นอกเหนือจากนีย้ งั มีการตรวจสุขภาพฟรีทกุ ๆ 3 เดือน โดยทีมงานแพทย์และเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขของเทศบาลฯ

Ban Fah Rangsit – Piyavararom’s Seniors Center With the rate of increase of the elderly population in Buengyitho Sub-district and with the number growing each year together with the local authority, the municipality has undertaken to promote continuous activity and the quality of life for seniors by continuing to organize physical activity in communities with activities such as dance, pole dancing, aerobics, yoga and so on.

Buengyitho Municipality recognizes the importance of health care and the elderly. This is particularly important as the elderly today are increasing in number every year. It will be dedicated to improving the quality of life in the elderly. By focusing on prevention and the improvement of health as well as the establishment of a development center, and including two seniors homes at Ban Fah Rangsit and Piyavararom centers.

The center includes a variety of activities and services. Focused holistic care is provided in the form of physical, mental, social and spiritual activities such as yoga, Tai Chi, dancing, health, fitness, aerobics, petanque, swimming, sauna, and Thai massage.

Entertainment or mental relaxation is available via karaoke singing sessions. The building provides activities, such as learning basic computer knowledge, English language training, and career opportunities.

All the above will be available with peace of mind under the supervision of the authorities.

In addition, there is a free health check-up once every three months by a team of doctors and public health officials of the municipality.

This can be considered as a co-operation between the people within the community, agencies, universities, the private sector and Buengyitho Municipality will jointly develop the dilapidated village club to provide a comprehensive quality of life development center.

Establishment Day of Mueng Thanya Buri: Mr.Rangsan Nanthakawong, Mayor of Buengyitho Municipality was a chairman to hold the anniversary ceremony of Thanyaburi establishment day and respect His Majesty King Rama V and celebrate 113 years at the royal court of King Rama V Monument in Moonjintraram Temple.

Division of Finance

The Division of Finance is responsible for payment, receipt, money saving and retaining of financial documents, documents auditing, salaries payment, wages, remuneration, pension funds and other payments related to financial budgeting. The allocation of funds creating an inventory of all types, revenue and expenses registration, disbursement control, monthly and annual trial balance, parcels, official document preparation, announcement of the municipality, public relations on revenue, and public facilitation and taxation.

Sidewalks … Along the Canal Peace and Secured

In addition to traveling on the roads using safe and secure cars, walking as a pedestrian is another thing that is an important consideration. As a result, the potential for accidents is considered important to achieve maximum safety for people on foot and for them to avoid the roads where possible so to improve the walks along the Canal corridor is a priority, therefore creating wind, rain and sun roofs has become important as have the allocation of routes for walkers. There is also scheduling to create beautiful landscapes on these routes.

Diplomas awarded to students

For the ceremony of diplomas to students, it has been held to give to children in level 2 and 3 of the municipal kindergarten diplomas for all students who have passed the Pre-Kindergarten in two honor. These diplomas can be used to confirm that the students have completed the curriculum and are able to study at other schools in the first grade, both public and private sectors.

Teachers and students dedicated candles and offerings

The Songkran atmosphere was filled with festive fun.

Suffused with joy and her smile hidden by the cultural heritage such as the bathing ceremony. Watering the elderly traditional ceremony. There are demonstrations of folk groups, such as Mon Son Pha, Ree Ree Khao San, Ngoo Gin Hang, and ball game. Additionally, the unmissable retro dance band set was played. People had fantastic fun.

Loy Krathong Festival

The festival was held at the Municipal Buengyitho.

The people came together to enjoy delightful entertainment and were full of smiles, with many activities such as Krathong Performance’s from the local schools of Buengyitho.

The main highlight of this festival was the pageant contest of Noppamas Queen. It also shows the tradition of Thailand to offer thanks to the water mother Goddess, and recognizes the value of water.

To help eliminate the Dengue mosquito and to prevent disease. In order to prevent sickness caused by the mosquito, the Mayor of Buenyitho Municipality has assigned health officers to spray chemicals to destroy mosquitoes in the area of village No.2 in order to prevent an outbreak in the months from May to September each year.

เป็นอีกหนึ่งโครงการที่ทางเทศบาลเมืองบึงยี่โถจัดขึ้นเพื่อ รณรงค์ในการก�ำจัดยุงลาย ที่เป็นสาเหตุของโรคไข้เลือดออก โดยการ จัดท�ำตะไคร้หอม ซึ่งลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการซื้อสารเคมีที่เป็นอันตรายต่อ บุตรหลาน และสมาชิกในครัวเรือน โดยมี อสม. หมู่ 1 และผู้ที่สนใจ เข้าร่วมงานกว่า 100คน

“Aromatic Lemongrass Project”

is a vocational training program held by Buengyitho Municipality in order to eliminate mosquitoes which cause of the disease. The self-preparation of aromatic lemongrass can reduce the cost of harmful chemicals. The household members from Village No.1 are volunteers and the interested people interested more than 100 people attended this project.

วัอารามอั ดเขียนนเขต เป็นเนื้อนาบุญของหม่อมเขียน

วัดเขียนเขต ได้สร้างขึน้ เมือ่ ราวปี พ.ศ. 2439 ณ หมูท่ ี่ 2 ต�ำบลบึงยีโ่ ถ อ�ำเภอ รังสิต จังหวัดธัญบุรี (ปัจจุบันเป็นต�ำบลบึงยี่โถ อ�ำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี) โดยมี หม่อมเขียน หม่อมในพระเจ้าวรวงศ์เธอเจ้าสาย สนิทวงศ์ เป็นผูม้ อบทีด่ นิ ถวายให้สร้าง วัด แรกเริม่ เดิมทีนนั้ วัดนีเ้ ป็นส�ำนักสงฆ์ มีหลวงพ่อด�ำเป็นเจ้าส�ำนัก และเป็นเจ้าอาวาส รูปแรก วัดเขียนเขต เดิมชื่อว่า “วัดสาลีเขตตาราม” ในปี พ.ศ. 2445 หม่อมเขียนได้ ทูลขอพระบรมราชานุญาตเมือ่ วันที่ 6 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2445 ต่อมาเพือ่ เป็นเกียรติประวัติ แก่วงศ์ตระกูลสนิทวงศ์ และเพื่อเป็นสิริมงคลแก่ผู้สร้างวัดใหม่ว่า “วัดเขียนเขต” ความเขียนคือ “อารามอันเป็นเนือ้ นาบุญของหม่อมเขียน” มาจนถึงบัดนี้

Khien Khet Temple Monastery under Lady Khien’s Patronage

Khien Khet Temple was built around year 1896 at Village No. 2, Buengyitho Sub-district, Rangsit District, Thanya Buri Province (currently changed to Buengyitho Sub-district, Thanya Buri District, Pathum Thani Province) under the Lady Khien’s patronage. Lady Khien gave a land to build the temple. Originally, “Luang Phor Dam” was a head of this house of priest and became the first head of this temple. The former name of this temple was “Salee Khettaram” and the name of was changed by the royal order to “Khien Khet Temple” from 6 March 1902 in order to honor the family of “Sanitwong”.

115 มีพระปฏิบัติราชประสงค์ (นายมูลเลอร์ ชาวเยอรมัน) กับนางจีน ผู้ เป็นภรรยา อนุญาตสร้างวัด ประชาชนทัว่ ไปนิยมเรียก “วัดคลองห้า” ตาม นามท้องถิน่ ทีต่ งั้ วัด ได้ รั บ พระราชทานวิ สุ ง คามสี ม า เมื่ อ วั น ที่ 10 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ.2442 เขตวิสงุ คามสีมา กว้าง 14 เมตร ยาว 22 เมตร ต่อมาเมื่อวันที่ 13 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2445 พระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้า เจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ 5 ได้เสด็จพร้อมด้วยสมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราช (รัชกาลที่ 6) และพระบรมวงศานุวงศ์ ในพิธีทรงเปิดเมื อ งธั ญ บุ รี เมื่ อ เสด็ จ กลั บ จากทรงประกอบพิ ธี ดั ง กล่ า วแล้ ว ได้ เ สด็ จ มายั ง วั ด มู ล จินดาราม ทรงประกอบพิธีผูกพัทธสีมา โดยทรงตัดลูกนิมิตด้วยพระองค์ เอง ในคราวนีไ้ ด้พระราชทานนามว่า “วัดมูลจินดาราม” เพือ่ ให้สอดคล้อง กับผูส้ ร้างวัด คือ นายมูลเลอร์ (พระปฏิบัติราชประสงค์) และนางจีน ผู้ เป็นภรรยานั่นเอง

Moon Jintraram Temple, Holistic Standing Buddha

Moon Jintraram was established on 18 March 1896 under the patronage of Phra Patibatratchaprosong (Mr. Mueller and his wife, Mrs. Jean – German).

In the past, people commonly called this temple as “Wat Khlong Ha” according to the location of the temple.

On 10 July 1899, the King Rama V has granted of the land to this temple with the area of 14 x 22 m. (WxL).

On the date of opening ceremony of Thon Buri city, 13 March 1902, the King Rama V, together with the King Rama VI and other royal members visited this temple and witnessed the opening ceremony by themselves, including granted the new name of this temple as “Moon Jintraram Temple” to honor the founders of this temple ((Mr. Mueller and Mrs. Jean).

Delicious Krayasart (Thai Sweet Made of Rice)

Thai Krayasart is a candy made from beans, rice and sesame seeds fried with sugar. This Thai sweet made of rice is commonly made during the religious festival at the tenth lunar month.
