Ricard Jordà
Exquisite drawer, with a steady and determined hand, with knowledge on the color and material, without compromising perspectives but Baroque in his pictorial approaches. The essential characteristics of his work are the bodies of women, beautiful, perfect and delicious, but always mutilated and fragmented, representing today's society, where the insects, as a symbol of corruption of it, also have an important role. The dolls have a great significance in the work of Jordà, to show another aspect of our society: its fragility. Marta Teixidó
