WHAT

KIND OF CONVECTOR?

FULL, the first-class gas convector thanks to its harmonious design and its capacity to make the ambient comfortable, is suitable to heat in few minutes and in total safety home, public and commercial environments.

WORKING PRINCIPLES The FULL convector is an appliance with a sealed combustion chamber: this means that the combustion air inlet and the flue discharge are outside the ambient to be heated, avoiding the danger of blowing in the ambient the combustion products.

Three further special versions with similar heat output are available with shells whose temperature does not overcome 60째C.

The FULL convectors have been studied to work both with natural gas and with LPG.

All the convectors are delivered preset for operation with natural gas, and complete of the fitting LPG kit.

1 The ambient air is drawn by the fan (2) through the inferior grilles of the shell (1) and gets warm in contact with the combustion chamber and the heat exchanger (3). The warm air is then blown into the ambient through the upper grilles of the shell (4).

The sealed combustion circuit takes the combustion air from the outside (5). The premix burner (6) ensures an optimum combustion.

Then the gases are discharged through the exhaust pipe (7).

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Thermostat Lock/reset switch

• The combustion is constant and very well set: since the forced draught and the premix burner reduce the polluting emissions.

• The fuel consumption is at the minimum: since the gas flow to the burner is controlled by a double valve which also controls the output power supplied by the burner.

• The safety is total: since the chamber is sealed and the ignition is electronic: failing the flame signal, a safety ionization device cuts off the gas flow.

On/off switch

• Long life is guaranteed: since the combustion chamber and the heat exchanger are made in stainless steel.

• The right degree of humidity is maintained and consequently the well-being: since Full is fitted with an inside humidifier that must be daily filled with water.

The temperature is constant and guaranteed by the thermostat.

The settings and the checks are easy to be performed: on/off switch, warning light and unlock button.

You can choose among two working power levels, assuring in this way more comfort, noiselessness and energy saving.

WHERE TO INSTALL THE FULL CONVECTOR Full can be installed on every part of the wall: If the wall communicates directly to the outside, the template reproducing the real dimensions of the convector and the standard coaxial pipes make the installation easy and quick.

If the wall does not communicate directly to the outside, the template and the suitable accessories must always be used: coaxial pipe with 90째 discharge, or separate discharge pipes.

The separate pipes and the appropriate pipe fitting allow the flue discharge and the combustion air intake in 4 directions. Besides, the combustion air can be taken in also from the rear side of the convector.

In order to facilitate the check and maintenance operations, the minimum suggested distances for the installation are 100 mm from the pavement and 250 mm from the side walls.

ACCESSORIES

ARE ASSURED The accessories can meet any need of installation, making it easy and quick.

Thanks to the room sealed combustion circuit, no ambient air is used for the combustion, assuring a safe and healthy ambient for the people.

It is possible to choose among two different capacity levels of the gas convector. The high capacity, and high fan speed, ensures a quick heating of the ambient. The low capacity, and low fan speed, maintains the desired room temperature ensuring the maximum acoustic comfort.
