Market Center cap is $42,000
As a new agent, the commission split is 70/30 70% to the agent and 30% to the brokerage When our agents cap, they have the option to advance their commission split based on their production For example: 75/25 or 80/20
An average new agent with a 70/30 split can cap after closing around $5 5 million in closed transactions and receive 100% commission within their anniversary year
