As the former Chief Growth Officer at Climb Real Estate, Joe implemented strategies that doubled the company’s revenue to $1 1 billion and expanded its agent base Earlier, as CEO/Managing Broker of Keller Williams Cupertino, he was instrumental in transforming the office into Silicon Valley's largest, growing sales volumes from $200 million to over $1 billion in just three years

As a new agent, the commission split is 70/30 70% to the agent and 30% to the brokerage When our agents cap, they have the option to advance their commission split based on their production For example: 75/25 or 80/20
An average new agent with a 70/30 split can cap after closing around $5 7 Million in closed transactions and receive 100% commission within their anniversary year
