I am not really one to wear makeup but knowing that I had to for my traditional and white weddings was a bit scary. Then, you came around and made my fears disappear right from the consultation stage to the D-day. The fact that I still looked like me was mind blowing considering how a lot of makeup artists out there typically over-transform brides. Yes, I was transformed but to look like a very gorgeous version of me and not someone people would not recognize. I don’t know how you do it but keep up the good work. Booking

A date can be secured only when a 40 % deposit of the preferred package or service is made. Kindly note that this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable if there is a cancellation more than three weeks after this deposit is made. The remaining 60 % has to be paid latest by a week to the event date.

Refunds

In the case where there is a cancellation three weeks or less after a deposit is made, please allow up to ten days for a full refund to be made.

Date changes

When there is a change of date, your deposit is transferrable if the new proposed date is open on the makeup artist’s schedule. However, there will be an additional fee of GHS 400 as the makeup artist would have waned o other prospective brides seeking to book your initial date. If the new proposed date is unavailable on the schedule, you will receive a refund of half of the deposit made. Please allow up to ten days for refund to be made.

Discount

You are entitled to a 10 % discount o the total amount if you choose any package that allows for your makeup to be done on two days plus bridesmaids’ makeup.

Transportation

For clients outside main Accra (Tema, Kasoa, Amasaman and beyond), transportation fare must be added and accommodation must be provided where necessary.

There will be an additional fee of GHS 400 if makeup artist is not making a same day return trip.

Time

Morning sessions do not start before 6am for safety reasons. Client must be ready by the agreed upon time. This time starts running when the makeup artist is done se ing up. If the client delays, the makeup artist will work with the time remaining based on the package chosen.

Location

Client must provide an appropriate work station (enough space and a sizeable table) & a conducive environment. Interruption from family and friends do hinder the work of the makeup artist hence it is in the client’s best interest to decrease intrusion during her session.

Force Majeure

Neither client nor makeup artist is liable for failure to perform obligations under these terms and conditions if it is prevented or delayed by strikes, fire, storms, floods, war, invasion, civil unrest, epidemics, acts of God or any Force majeure event. Both parties upon discussion shall come to a cordial agreement.
