Conclusions These employees enjoy their jobs, there’s pride in this restaurant Without handles, the ways customers carry the take out bags range. How can we lessen the awkwarness? Good service, good people, good food, just not good branding Artistic beauty in this place, is there a way to utilize that? Murals and signage around store are done by the same artist. Is there a way to maintain his stylistic approach? Beatles references, yes, we do all live in a yellow submarine. What about the fish tank? There’s a 26 year old fish living in there. Wowzerz. Obviously yellow is the color choice. How can that be made more appetizing?
