BOARD

A group of KY members is selected annually to lead KY forward. This year, the Executive Board has eight members who spend their 2023 helping the KY community. We’re here for you!

The KY Board is the face and voice of all members. The Board works full-time, which means you won’t be meeting members at many lectures. Board members spend their days in threefold ways: together as a board, representing KY, and each with their own duties. The Board runs the ongoing operations at KY. Some of them are more planned, like taking care of the finances and recruitments. Other duties are more emergent, like, Culture projects, resource mapping, and KY Representative Council elections.

A large chunk of time is designated to represent KY. This includes speaking on behalf of members in Aalto University decision-making, advocating to Stakeholders keeping in touch with our fellow business students abroad and in Finland, and a lot more. In addition, each board member has two or more specific responsibilities. The following pages will present you with what each of our board members does on a regular basis.
