Free Outdoor Fitness Classes
Classes include outdoor Zumba, Yoga, and Bar-less Barre classes. Certified instructors teach all Free Outdoor Fitness classes and all fitness levels are welcome. Classes are held at Newtown Park in the amphitheater. No registration needed. All participants are required to sign a waiver before participating.

International Festival
The Johns Creek International Festival is a celebration of the best traditional food, music, performance, and art from around the worlds and our own backyard. This event invites the community to come together to learn about and celebrate each other’s cultures and traditions.

Pup-A-Palooza
Bring your furry friend to the annual pupa-Palooza for a tail wagging good time. The event features local pet vendors, food, live music, activities, entertainment, and more for the whole family.

Movies at Newtown Park
Join friends and family at Newtown Park over the summer season for some outdoor family fun centered around a featured movie presented on a huge outdoor screen. Pre-show activities include inflatable moonwalk, face painting, children’s activities, give-a-ways, and entertainment.
Movies at Newtown Park are sponsored by Northside Hospital.

Time: Movie starts at dusk. Pre-show activities start at 7 p.m.

Movies: Movies are family friendly and rated PG. Specific movie titles announced one week prior to each.
Independence Day Celebration
Celebrate our country’s independence at Newtown Park with live music, activities, food, and an exceptional fireworks display!
Date: First week of July (please check the City website to confirm the 2024 date)
Times: 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Ages: All Ages Cost: FREE!
Concert Series at Newtown Park Amphitheater
Enjoy live music during the Summer Concert Series at the Newtown Park Amphitheater. Multiple family-friendly concerts are free and open to the public. Tickets are not needed to attend a Summer Concert event. Food is available for purchase from food trucks. Reserved seating at tables in the Amphitheater is available via the City’s website, www.JohnsCreekGA.gov.
*Attendees cannot bring their own alcohol into the amphitheater. (Beer/wine sold at venue). No pets or tents allowed. Attendees are welcome to bring their own blankets and chairs.

Trunk or Treat
Johns Creek Police Department and the Recreation & Parks Division present this Spooktacular Halloweenthemed event for the entire family. Wear your favorite costume join us for candy, activities, and a few tricks!

Breakfast with Santa
“Breakfast with Santa” gives our special guests time with the Big Elf himself, lots of delectable goodies, music and holiday activities.
