Town Center development beginning to take shape...

The 192-acre Town Center area, bounded by Medlock Bridge Road, McGinnis Ferry Road, Lakefield Drive, and Johns Creek Parkway, is part of Technology Park, where City Hall is located. The Town Center area is also home to Emory Johns Creek Hospital and companies like Alcon, Ebix, Saia, and Nordson. Some of the exciting events happening now are:

• Creekside Park development: (plans include: an amphitheater, new playground, multi-use trails, boardwalk, fountains, underpass on Medlock Bridge Road & more!)

• Boston Scientific (manufacturer of medical devices building a state-of-the-art research design facility) Another exciting development is called Medley (a 43-acre mixed-use entertainment destination).

Located at the intersection of Johns Creek Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road, Medley will include 200,000 square feet of space of retail, restaurants and entertainment concepts, 900 residential units, which includes a mix of townhomes and luxury multifamily homes, and 110,000 square feet of office space. The destination will feature vibrant, walkable streets, “jewel box” retailers with activated rooftops, boutiques, restaurants with outdoor patios, community greenspace with events and luxury homes overhead.
