Leltek Case (超象科技案例)
In addition to ODM, Gauss also provide service such as product improvement. We provide the most appropriate solution by clarifying customers needs for existing products and further exploring other product problems. This is the case about Leltek Inc., which founded in 2013 for medical device. They could’t figure out the product and mass production problem until they found Gauss in May, 2018. In December, 2018, Gauss just completed tooling and ready to assemble for 300 sets of production. Besides, Gauss was in charge for the overall parts tooling and production. 除了設計代工外，我 們 也 提 供 產 品 改 善 的 服 務。從 釐 清 客 戶 對 既 有 產 品 的 改 善 需 求 到 更 進一步探索其他 產 品 問 題，並 對 此 提 供 適 當 的 解 決 方 案。
超象科技於2013 年 成 立，一 直 無 法 克 服 此 產 品 問 題，導 致 無 法 量 產。2 0 1 8 年 5 月 找 上 高 思 協助解決，並於2 0 1 8 年 1 2 月，由 我 們 完 成 所 有 部 件 的 開 模，及 進 行 3 0 0 組 的 量 產 組 裝。

擬定解決方案
U SB 插入不足，外殼 U SB 孔要內縮 2-4 mm
電源鍵 (Powe r butto n) 從底部移到側邊(原本加板設計)，修改機構底部
為了增強 WIF I 信號，側邊需要開2x5cm的開孔，WIF I c ove r 開孔須加大設計
H e ats ink 修改，但要避開天線、淨空位置。
探頭，暫停鍵 (fre eze bu tto n) 要加強防水設計，整機須達到 I PX 2 外殼與 U S B 孔的絕緣設計 包裝設計

原 Probe cover 設計外殼壓 rubber 容易被頂起，造成 Front & Rear cover 組裝有間隙
Scan Button原設計為射出件由 4顆螺絲鎖付，無防水設計
更新 Probe cover 設計外殼抵住 rubber 重疊0.1mm 有效做到防水效果，且不影響 組裝。另改進結構，使其可雙料射出一次成 形，降低不良與減少此部件生產成本
改為Plastic + Rubber 雙料射 出，用鐵件固定，可有效防水

原 Heatsink 設計結構複雜，需 2 顆 螺絲鎖付在外殼，有可能因散熱體積不 足，或組裝影響散熱，散熱無法達到降 溫標準
原 Power Button 設計由主板跳線， 連接 power button board ，再用螺 絲鎖付再bottom cover，組裝複雜、 多一 PCB，且PCB亦阻擋進風散熱
更改 Heatsink 設計，散熱體積增加 12%，以 Thermal Pad 取代散熱膏， 散熱降溫7~10 ℃達到標準

原按鈕設計
原探頭設計由螺絲與螺帽對鎖夾 住 PCB & Bracket ，作業需使用 起子與板手，耗時耗工且容易偏移
原 Wifi cover設計以0.1mm 厚 mylar貼合，強度不足，易被 user 誤觸陷落
Power Button設計更改， 不影響功能，組裝簡易
更改探頭鎖付設計，在bracket打 上 2 個 stand off，鎖付省時省工
更改為射出塑膠 cover ，組裝容 易又能匹配外觀形狀

原底端設計有 Power Button 影響散熱進氣，故於Rear Cover增加開孔，設計不佳造成 1 PCB接近開孔 EMI & EMS 測試 failure 2 進氣孔不足，增加 Rear cover 開孔IPX2防水failure 3 進氣孔不足， Thermal Test 亦 failure
取消 bottom cover 開孔改為1.4mm，符合防火設計 1 拿掉Power Button 開孔小 EMI & EMS測試OK 2 取消Rear cover開孔，防水設計OK 3 散熱孔面積增加，進氣面積大於出氣面積，不影響散熱
