In case you're wondering, her business name is no typo. When she started her business, Nancy's sister had a plaque made with that spelling and it has stuck ever since. But, after years of having fun running the shop in downtown Spruce Pine, health issues forced her to end that dream. After suffering a stroke, leaving her with constant vertigo, Nancy discovered her love of making jewelry. Every passing year, she grows stronger in her jewelry-making abilities and enjoys the hunt for beautiful materials for her creations! Life &Style Nature-Inspired Combos that WoW! Animal and floral prints have been seen on the runways season after season. So many times, in fact, they are now considered classics. Here are some fun combos to try with these wardrobe and decorating staples!

Bring The Outdoors in With Style Can't get outside? Check out these fun tips to bring nature to you! Oh, and it's healthy for you too! 1 Large bamboo stalks in a clay pot will add a tropical touch to any corner. 2) Need an extra something for that dish? Just look at the wall! Planting an herb garden on your kitchen wall adds a touch of greenery and absorbs odors! 3) Framed botanical prints add color and life to your walls. 4) Rather smell the rain on a snowy day? Miss hiking through the woods? Nothing transports you like fragrance! Check out Amanda Richardson's A to Z Candles for an array of choices to take you anywhere you want to go.
5) Build your own forest with wall decals! Add bird and small animal decals for an extra outdoorsy touch. 6) PROJECT: Fill clear glass ornaments of varying sizes and shapes with natural elements, such as feathers and tiny plants. Make an X using two thick branches cut to size. Wrap bakers twine tightly in a figure 8 motion where the two branches meet in the middle until the branches are secure and don't move. Cut various lengths of bakers twine and use them to hang each ornament from the X, creating a mobile. Hang from the ceiling with a planter's hook and more bakers twine. 7) Fill clear glass vases of different sizes with sand or large river rocks. For a beach feel, add sea elements like shells and artificial sea plants to the sand. Change it up with the seasons by adding pinecones and berry twigs during the winter months. 8) For an easy, quick-change environment, add nature-inpired throw rugs, pillows and blankets to any area of your home. 9) Adding green plants throughout your home or workspace will not only destress but also help you breathe easier. 10) Don't have a green thumb? No problem! Photos or prints of lush greenery can also be relaxing!
