I NT E RVI EW S LF: How long have you been in the film industry? RU: It’s been about eight years since I’ve been in the industry. LF: Tell us something about you, your family and how you’ve grown up? RU: I come from a Gujarati family. We are four brothers. I was born and brought up in Mumbai. I’ve a degree in Instrumentation Engineering. Music has always been my passion and I’m often humming some or the other song. LF: How did the inspiration to get into the film industry come and how did you start? RU: Music has always been my inspiration and as I said, I’ll often be found singing some song. It was my dream to see my name on the inlay card of a music CD. That came true when I sung for Akshay Kumar in Phir Hera Pheri, composed by Himesh Reshammiya. That’s how my journey in the industry began. LF: What are the projects you’ve done? With whom? And how was the experience? RU: I’ve done two films as Creative Producer; Khiladi 786 with Akshay Kumar, Asin and Himesh Reshammiya, and The Xpose with Himesh, Adil Hussain, Irrfan. I was also the Project Consultant on Holiday - A Soldier Is Never Off Duty, starring Akshay and Sonakshi Sinha. Working on these movies was a fabulous experience as I got to learn a lot from genuinely wonderful people like Akshay and Himesh, who have been in the industry for a long time now. LF: You’ve been an actor and a singer too.. RU: Yes, I did act too, in a couple of films. Like I played a Canadian cop in Haule Ho Jayega Pyaar and an event manager in Priyadarshan’s De Dana Dan, starring Akshay, Suniel Shettty and Katrina Kaif. In Rahul Dholakia’s Society, I’m playing a film director. But I acted in these films just for a lark. LF: What is your next step and your goal? RU: I’m working with my team on a couple of concepts. I’d like to make an intense passionate and romantic film soon. My goal is to make more and good films. LF: What’s your message for La Fiesta magazine readers? RU: Believe in yourself and believe in God. Always follow your heart. Because while the head tells you what you’ve lost, the heart tells you what you’ve gained. So always listen to your heart.

Every one of us has a constant fear of
becoming a prey of fashion faux pas, at times even the famous people also commit the same error, though there are many blunders but I will tell you how to be on a safer side and keep yourself away from the other side of the fashion wall. Be Sheer But With Right Color: Its good to be sheer appropriately while dressing but imagine A blue bra under a pink tank, it is sufficient enough to break the spine of fashion. Avoid wearing contrast undergarment with your attire. Wear light color under garment paired with same color shirts, pants or shorts to peep through your clothing. Sandals With Socks: It might be too comfortable to wear socks under sandals but its another fashion blunder you should always avoid. In case you are looking for comfort with your style then opt for flipflops, platforms, slip-ons , which are available now days in various funky designs and colors.
Visible Panty Line: The most common term in the fashion industry is VPL which stands for Visible Panty Line. No matter how graciously you are dressed or which brand you are wearing but if your undies is visible enough in your outfit, then it is simply a biggest fashion blunder which will wash-off your gracious image in a fraction of second. To avoid falling into such situation wear seamless nude underwear or thongs. Wrong Bra: choose the correct size of bra if wearing wrong size, even if you’re a blessed buxom beauty, you might end up cutting a grand ma figure. Select a correct bra size that FITS not IRKS ! try your best to make sure that your bra straps don’t peep through your dress, wear either strapless or silicon straps. Not All In One: I agree you have loads of exquisite pieces of jewelry in your accessory closet, but that does not mean that you will wear all at once. Follow my mantra MINIMUM IS MAXIMUM & LESS IS MORE, don’t overdo yourself but let a one fine piece of ensemble to go with your dress.
FASHION AND YOU Fashion, might be a cake walk for some of us, but most of us are unable to understand the language of fashion, surprisingly fashion too has its own language which ask you to groom and follow your fashion instincts wisely. I have been questioned on numerous occasions to define fashion and my ubiquitous reply has always been fashion means just be yourself but don’t overdo yourself. Unluckily when it comes to fashion people are ready to ape film stars and celebrities blindly without knowing what exactly suits their body type. I will tell you how to escape yourself from falling into the alluring trap of fashion faux pas.
forwards to pick something, a large butt plunge can be over looked by others. Wear a long top to cover your back area appropriately or if fall into a situation accidently, take out your favorite stole out of your beg and tie around your jeans as a sarong and make a style statement.
I do not detest experimenting with your looks but I detest wrong experiment with right looks , Shop smart and dig into your wardrobe efficiently and select wisely to ensure that you put your best foot forward, and let your fashion instinct to rule your style statement… Be Fashionable!!!
Incorrect Length of lowers: If you are heading for a big day then let the fashion police to arrest with the incorrect length of your pant/ jeans/ gowns with high heels. If you are wearing long heels and planning to look stunning then wear a piece of garment either pant/jeans/ gown which will cover till the sole of your footwear. Butt Plunge: If you love to wear tight jeans, there can be chances that you reveal butt unknowingly where they ought not to be, like wise the position you bend

Women are the central theme of my paintings and I portray them as I see them around me today. The oppressed figure of women, which I feel, has changed today. Through my artworks, I have tried to depict their individuality by focusing on their feminine charm and grace, the deeprooted feelings of love and compassion and confirm the power and strength she has come to hold in today’s society.

Sindhura Gadde Femina Miss India World 2005
I would describe it as life changing. When I was 20yrs old and three years into my modelling career, I was crowned 'Femina Miss India World 2005'. I went on to represent India at the 'Miss World' pageant held in Sanya, China (December 2010) and placed Top 12 out of 105 countries. I was employed by the largest Media Organization in India called 'Times of India' or 'The Times Group' for one year. The one year tenure as Miss India was quite an experience involving many modelling and television contracts, appearances and endorsements. The most rewarding experience however was being involved in charitable activities in about 10 NGO's in India. Namely Breast Cancer Society, Mother Teresa School Hyderabad, Make a Wish Foundation, Devnar School for the Blind and Pratham (Pre-school education for under privileged children in Mumbai slums). I then went on to pursue a career in modelling and acting for 5 years after my tenure. As Miss India, I had the opportunity to travel nine countries and 26 cities throughout India. Being an ambassador to Indian women everywhere was an unforgettable experience that I will hold close to my heart Be prepared. Be fit and disciplined. Be confident in your ability. Be kind and courteous towards other contestants. Be grounded. And most importantly have fun and be yourself!

Miss India came to me as a surprise, first I won Miss Northeast diva'14 which helped me to grab a direct entry in Miss India. The experience as a whole was like a fairy tale with happy ending. It was so much fun yet tiring at times, but those tiring moments were to get the best out of us. Being in tight regime following the footsteps of our mentors made us who we are now. Going to a different country like Srilanka was a life enriching experience. Doing shoot with
I consider the Miss India pageant as the most beautiful and memorable journey of my life. It taught me a lot about myself and the world , I grew and evolved as a person . We had experts guiding us and constantly helping us improve and better ourselves. True there can be only one Miss India a year but the 30 days training period is something that each contestant keeps in her heart and mind forever. The contestants are your only friends there and constant source of support, we laughed, played, had fun and competed. It's the most beautiful experience a girl can ever have in her life. And as we all know hard work and passion never goes unrewarded once u are declared a winner that's when ur life as "Princess" literally begins.. For all those who want to be a part of the pageant go to win not to just participate. Winning should run in ur blood, every fiber of ur body should want to be the best at all times. Passion and consistent hard work are the key factors, they helped me win over all others. BELIEVE in yourself and ur dream. Pray and be nice to everyone always. Be yourself and have fun coz it's going to be a good one! professionals, meeting people of different genre and getting feedback from them was really helpful. Making friends with the contenders and competing at the same time was challenging. I was on cloud 9 when I was awarded Miss Photogenic & Miss Fashion Icon. All the hard work paid of when I was among Top10 finalist. I think I made my Assam proud and hope to make it even more prouder. Last but not the least. The lesson I learned from Femina Miss India 2014 will be their with me along my life time. Going with my experience I want to tell the girls out their that give in your heart and soul with a touch of discipline & sincerity, keeping your mind clear and by being your own competition. Look for the bigger goals, your aim should be to bag crown on international level and then only you will understand the responsibility of Miss India. Always feel like a diva and act like one because you are beautiful just the way you are.

Amruta Patki Miss India 2006
It was life changing. From a college going girl who carried 20 rupees in her pocket as daily pocket money, traveled in trains and buses. A commerce student to a beauty queen representing her nation. It was quite a transition. Well! Nothing is impossible. Just stay humble, have ur head on your shoulder. Be extremely dedicated and professional cause bagging few assignments
My journey of 'I AM She - Miss Universe India 2012' started with the thought of realizing my childhood dream. It was by far one of the most beautiful, enchanting and transformational experiences of my life - the memories of which will be attached in my heart forever. Life has taught me many things. One of the most important things is that victory lies in just knowing, ‘I AM’. Attitude decides your altitude in life. A crown declares the winner of an event, but a great attitude declares a winner for life. Always remember to wear your invisible crown! Optimism goes a long way. Whether it's in a pageant or in life, thinking positively will boost your physical and mental health. Success is a state of mind. So if you want success, start thinking of yourself as a success. here and there and winning a beauty pageant s not that tough sustaining and making ur individual identity and creating your niche' in this competitive industry s tough.
Miss India and then Miss World has been a great learning journey for me. Miss India gave me the platform to prove my confidence and poise and shine with my true personality. Miss World then enhanced my persona. I have learnt so much through my Miss World experience that I will be ever so grateful. The experience of knowing about various countries and cultures from their ambassadors is a unique feeling. To be addressed as MISS INDIA every time we travelled around South Africa and to be called so by the other contestants was a moment of honor! I have cherished and loved every moment I spend with girls from 107 different countries. But the 2 best ever moments for me during Miss World 2008 were when all the contestants came running to me after the crowning ceremony, hugged me and said that according to them I am their Miss World. That was the time I realized how much support I had from my fellow contestants themselves and the second was when the Top 5 contestants of Miss World were called on stage at the coronation ball, to be awarded as winners of their respective continents. When I walked up the stage to collect the award for Miss Asia Pacific World , I got a standing ovation from the crowd. I can never forget that moment in my life. I had not won the Miss World crown but I did make a place in everyone's hearts as their Miss World.

he warmth of the summer season is on its zenith and the cool of the monsoon is approaching . The arrival of rain where the docile water meets the rigid earth. The season that brings the fragrance of wet soil and sooths the heart, the season when the peacock spreads its feathers to dance with all of its beauty and vibrancy. The sun shined illuminating the tender, golden thread of love. A thread that is woven by the feeling of affection, desire and care. It is something worth rejoicing in ones life, it makes us realize that we are not alone, we have someone who fill stand for us, fight for us and walk with us through the hardships of life. We went to a park to do some bird watching but little did we know that there were others too when, we saw a few love birds chirping. The couple walked hand in hand, a smile on the face and a bounce in the pace, a gentle frivolity in their eyes. A couple walked hand in hand, they giggled making us wonder what the joke would be. Their eyes met now an then only to stare in the glisten, with utter fascination. They held each others hand and fiddled with their fingers playfully intertwined while in the background laid an small monument of stone and red sand with a few trees surrounding the beautiful scenery.
We walked along following a fleet of birds when on a bench there was this couple sitting like two puzzle pieces would fit while, they enjoy the cool shade looking into each others eyes and talking each trying to convince the other and make them surrender to love. We couldn't go long without spotting another, hiding behind the monument, they were lost in each other so much that didn’t notice us at all, a sense of serenity fell around them the girl seemed so calm yet vibrant like the rainbow. We could feel the chemistry between them. We sped along our way for they couldn’t be disturbed. We took to some more roaming around and spotted "the spotters" they were enjoying the cool of the morning and were looking out for flock of birds when they caught sight of a peacock on tree. They looked more serene than that peacock, more colorful than that peacock and so happy in each others arms that they could see the beauty of the nature. We wobbled our way down to the lake and saw a sweet couple playing around the lake, the girl piggybacked with the guy and there was hint of childish love between the two, while they enjoyed the chirping of birds. The swans swam in a fleet and the fountains frivoled with water. The entire morning seemed to have love in the air, we have never experience such an aura of love.
While lĂĄfiesta team captures some of the beautiful moments of love, Mehul adds charm through his words, as we bring to you..

Sexual health, like emotional, mental, and physical health, is one important dimension of overall health. For some people any sex topic is off-limits. But others consider sexual health an essential dimension of human health and well-being. From concern over how to have comfortable, enjoyable sex to questions about testing for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and their prevention, many important questions come under the broad umbrella of sexual health. Lets discuss the same with Dr. Deepak Modi.
Sexual Health: Equally important
Q. What do you define sexuality and sexual health as? People are all sexual beings and by definition sexuality refers to the expression of who you are through sexual practices and relationships, gender identity and roles, sexual orientation, intimacy and reproduction that make you feel like a man or a woman. Sexual health would be taking care of your sexual practices physically as well as psychologically. Its all about feeling comfortable with who you are, whether you are straight, homosexual, bisexual or transsexual and enjoying sex if you decide to be sexually active, without any feelings of shame, guilt or fear. It would also include safe sexual practices to avoid medical complications like infections and unwanted pregnancy.
Q. Is it associated with erectile dysfunction disease? Many young men complain of this often these days. Little correction, Mehul, erectile dysfunction is not a disease by itself , its simply failure to get or sustain a penial erection. Yes one of the physical signs of male menopause or andropause is erectile dysfunction. But not all men having erectile dysfunction can be considered as undergoing menopause.
28
| JUL-SEP 2014
Yes many young men come with a complaint of loss of libido and erectile dysfunction. The causes are many, like stress, environmental pollutants changing sleep rhythms (staying awake all night and sleeping during the day) hormonal and health supplements for body building, fat burners etc. Its essential to notice these changes early and consult a sexpert to figure out the reason and take corrective measures.
Q. What is menopause and I have heard, even men undergo menopause. Is it true? Yes, a man goes through menopause, but differently than a woman. Menopause is a term used to describe the end of a woman's fertility, literally speaking end of menstruation because her ovaries stop making hormones. While a healthy male may be able to make sperm well into his 80's or longer, subtle changes in the function of the testes may occur as early as 45-50 years of age, and more dramatically after the age of 70. This is because of loss of the male hormone testosterone thus some doctors refer to this as androgen (testosterone) deficiency in the aging male (ADAM) or andropause. A decline in testosterone production can be due to aging, but it can also be related to some diseases like diabetes.
Q. Oh my god, that HPV and oral cancer is new to me at least, could you expand on this more?
Q. Talking of hormones, is homosexual behaviour because of taking such hormones? Is homosexual behaviour normal and safe? No its not because of taking some hormones. At present we don’t know what is a reason for homosexual behaviour in some individuals, for sure homosexuality is inbuilt and perfectly normal. You may be surprised to know homosexuality is fairly common in animals as well, and in some species, homosexual monogamy is an accepted behaviour. As far as safety is concerned, there is nothing unsafe about it, its just an alternate form of sexual expression that is observed in a minority of individuals. Yes, the incidence of sexually transmitted infections is high in homosexuals, especially gay men, making the practice unsafe to the health of an individual. However, if proper care is taken and one practices safe sex, this risk is very low.
Q. So gay men have a high risk of sexually transmitted infections including HIV, are lesbians not so? True, gay men are “high risk” group for STI mainly HIV, lesbian women are not. This is mainly because many gay men practice anal sex while lesbians do not. The anus is rich in HIV and gets transmitted from one man to another easily, which obviously is not the case in lesbians.
Q. So it means anal sex is not safe, is oral sex safe? Yes anal intercourse increases the risk of infections and by not indulging in it, men can prevent many complications. Coming to oral sex, once it was thought to be very safe, but it’s not the case. Saliva can also transmit HIV, if the viral load is high and other partner has cuts in the mouth. Besides, HIV, recent studies have shown that HPV can be transmitted through oral sex. While HPV is not as dangerous as HIV, in some cases HPV is a cause of cervical cancers and is also reported to cause oral cancer.
Yes sure, HPV is Human Papilloma Virus and is present in multiple forms, while generally not pathogenic, some subtypes of HPV leads to cervical cancers. Recently scientist have discovered that HPV is found in individuals with oral cancers as well and it is reported that many of these infected individuals have had oral sex with multiple partners in past. It is believed that oral sex with a HPV infected male or female would make the virus go in the cells of mouth or the throat and in a long run, if the virus stays there it may cause cancer. While it's way too early to say that the cause of oral cancer in many cases is due HPV transmitted through oral sex, but the link is strong and one has to be cautious.
Q. Oh that means sex is not safe, be it anal, vaginal or oral? Hahahahahahah! Sex is safe, definitely, but having it with random multiple partners makes it unsafe. Personal hygiene, sexual health practices and the awareness differs between individuals and cannot be controlled. Having multiple sexual partners coupled with unsafe sexual practices, lack of awareness and the associated social stigma leads to spread of STI. I would say monogamy and safe sexual practices would make sex more pleasurable and hassle free.
Q. So what are the components of safe sexual practice? Are condoms sufficient enough? Great question Mehul. Medically speaking, safe sexual practice means prevention of sexually transmitted infections, unwanted pregnancy and other complications like anal/vaginal ruptures etc. Thus if one has multiple sexual partners, or is residing with a partner who is sexually promiscuous he/she should get himself/herself tested regularly for STI and HIV. As PAP smear test can detect cervical cancers early, women should undergo PAP smear test once in six months. As of today, condoms have been found to be most effective in prevention of most STI as well as pregnancy. While there is no guarantee, correctly using the condom without fail at every sexual encounter has been found to prevent STI and pregnancy in 100% cases. So they are regarded as first line prevention strategy.

Sexual Health
Q. So is iPill also safe? iPill prevents pregnancy and is 95% effective. But it’s not going to protect a woman from STI. Secondly it has many side effects as it misbehaves with her hormones. So regular use of iPill is unsafe and not recommended. Ipill can be used in case of emergency like a condom breakage prevent a pregnancy, but not using other contraceptive measures and then pop the pill is unsafe in long term.
Q. I have recently heard about a new drug that is useful in prevention of HIV. Can you elaborate on that. Yes, there are two of these pharma companies that have come out with a drug that reduces HIV transmission by almost 70% which is great news. So taking this drug on regular basis would reduce your risk of contracting HIV. But remember it is going to reduce your risk, not prevent it completely, so it is not like you pop this pill and not get HIV. Besides, the drug on long term usage has many side effects on the body and hence cannot be recommended for regular use. Also one must remember, the drug will protect you from HIV to some extent, but what about other infections ? It offers no protection from HPV, hepatitis etc. Like the iPill, its a great emergency drug, but again, one cannot rely on it completely and practice unsafe sex.

RAIN
DROPS
While you may enjoy getting wet in the rain, your skin may not feel the same. Your skin may become extremely oily on some days and on other days it may become too dry, making your face look dull and non radiant. But fret not, here are a few amazing skincare tips that you can follow under the supervision of a dermatologist to keep your skin glowing during the monsoons: Follow the CTM ritual to the T. Cleansing, toning and moisturizing are very important. Do not use soap to wash your face as soap may dry your skin. Use mild PH balanced cleanser that ensures proper cleansing to wash
away all the impurities and keeps the excessive oil and dirt at bay without over drying the skin. Also, tone twice a day with non-alcoholic toners and keep your skin fresh. Moisturize regularly especially if the skin is dry.
and excess oil that your skin generates during the monsoons. Use a light mousse or matte compact or better yet, use a few drops of lactocalamine as a base to keep your skin looking make-up free and fresh.
Don't go out without a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. Even though you may not see any sun around you, your skin needs protection from UVA and UVB rays as long as there is daylight.
Provide your skin some nourishment with good face packs. While there is a wide range to choose from in the market, you can make your own face pack at home too. For preparing a good monsoon face mask, mix 3 teaspoons oatmeal with egg white and one teaspoon each of honey and curd. If you don't want to use egg white, add rose water or orange juice. Apply it on the face
Don't pile on too much make-up and foundation on your skin. Heavy creams and oily foundations may add to the humidity in the air
and wash it off after half an hour. Use it twice a week. Avoid using too many facial products, homemade or otherwise, especially if you are prone to acne. Also avoid touching your face or the acne-prone area in order to reduce spreading the germs. Protect your skin from fungal infections. Humid weather in the rainy season may lead to development of fungal infections in the body folds like between your toes, armpits and groin. One way to take care of this is to take bath with an anti-fungal soap and to avoid excessive dryness due to it restrict its use to
body folds only followed by application of an antifungal powder after the bath. Try to avoid keeping your skin wet for a long time and if you have been in rain, take a bath in lukewarm water. Wear dry clothes, socks and shoes. Yes Monsoon is here! And we all love it. But don’t forget the summers too gonna stay for a while. To stay healthy in this juggled-up season, still go for that morning walk. And as it does not take much time to get unhealthy, here’s some handy tips that will help:
Wake up early before sun rise and go for a morning walk to get fresh air. If you go out side of your home during afternoon take a glass of cold water and carry a piece of onion in your pocket to avoid the effect of loo. Before you go outside of the home use caps or helmet on head so that Sun rays will not affect you so much, besides enjoying rain in that special umbrella. During sweating and after immediate come back from outside do not take water. Take 2-3 times lemon juice and add some sugar in that to get Carbohydrates to get natural energy. Also take lassi and glucose 1-2 times in a day. Avoid oily food, spices food, foods outside, junk food etc.

Still to a healthy diet. Don’t fast in summer season if also doing fasting take orange juice in banana, cucumber, coconut water etc. during the day. Due to hot and humid weather, we sweat more and more so water get discarded from our body so try to take 12-14 glass of water everyday and include coconut water, lemon juice fresh fruit juice to balance water level in your body. Avoid too much tea and coffee which cause gastric and acidity. Take the dinner one hour before you go to bed.
I N T E R N AT I O N A L P I C K Q: Tel us something about your family background. A: I was born and raised in cold Stockholm, Sweden, together with my mother and my little brother. We didn't really have much back then and I couldn't pursue different hobbies that I might have liked to do. So that's why I'm doing all the things I can get my hands on now. But it was a very loving home and my mother always told me I can be and do whatever I want, and been a great support throughout my whole life. Family is really important I think, they are always there for you when nobody else is. My mother is my biggest hero. Q: How the inspiration came t get into fashion industry and how you started? A: It was an accident really that I got in to it. Cameras used to really make me nervous and I wasn't comfortable at all in front of them. One time I did a shoot for fun with a photographer friend of mine, and I had such a great time. He then put some pictures up online and after that I got requests from other photographers. After that I did a few more shoots and decided that I like it and want to work for it and see where it can go. The first magazine feature I got was the cover and a big feature in a big international magazine. That really helped kick things off. And I have been working with so many amazing people since then and had a lot of great experiences. Q: What all projects you did ? And with whom? A: I have been very lucky to do some amazing projects with really talented people all over the world. It would take me too long to tell you about all of them, but one of my favorite projects was in Australia where I got to work with a photographer that calls himself Aurum Light. He is based in London and works with milk in his photos. He basically builds clothing on his models by splashing milk on them and taking photos that he later adds together. The result is truly mind-blowing. It was also really hard to stand for such a long time holding the same pose! And the milk had to be cold. Q: Which star cast you had opportunity to work with? How was the experience? A: I have had the opportunity to work with a few really famous people and brands. The ones I remember the best is a jewelry campaign I did for a collaboration between Swarowski and Hello Kitty that was released in Japan. They had made a beautiful and super cool jewelry line based around the Hello Kitty character and I felt so lucky to be on the project. Also the photographer for that campaign was one I had been wanting to work with for a long time, he's one of the best photographers in Sweden for ad campaigns and other things. I also got to meet Rooney Mara and David Fincher during the recording of the movie, " The girl with the dragon tattoo", that I had a small role in.
Q: How was your experience being an actress as well? A: I have had a few smaller rolls in films and I also do music videos and video campaigns for different designers and such. I love doing it! It's a big difference from only modelling in front of a regular camera where you have to look pretty for a second when the pictures are taken. Interacting with a film camera that captures your every move is much more challenging and exciting. As I told you before I had a small role in the Hollywood re-make of "The girl with the dragon tattoo", that are based on a book by a Swedish author. That was a great experience working with professional people. It was a really long day to film only one scene, but the wait is truly worth it! Another acting experience I'm also very happy with is the music video I acted in for a Swedish band called "Corroded". The song is called "More than you can chew". We filmed for two days up in the north of Sweden and had so much fun with each other. And we all became friends after that and still stay in touch with each other. Q: What’s your goal and your next step? A: I have actually achieved many of my goals I set up for myself in the modelling industry. So now I am looking for new goals. Most of all I just want to keep having fun with what I do and when I don't any more I will probably stop, or move on to something else. I do a lot of photography myself and I would like to take photos of other more, and also do more video work. This coming fall and next year I have a lot of secret projects coming up in different countries. Can't wait to tell you about them! Q: Your message for låfiesta magazine and readers? A: Stay happy, healthy and true to who you are. Only you can take you where you want to go. Thank you for having me in your wonderful magazine, it's a true honor. If you would like to stay tuned with my adventures I recommend you to follow me on Facebook, where I always post the latest news and sneak peeks.
