Begin by determining your body type, so that you can choose a diet plan, fitness regime and a bikini which suits you best. Always pick a bikini that complements your body. Bikinis with laces or trims will increase volume and are ideal for skinny girls. Those with plus size body should avoid boy shorts and go for string bikinis. If you are back or top heavy then embrace those curves with a bikini that provides plenty of coverage for the curvy shape. To feel confident in that bikini make sure you get rid of all unwanted hair growth before you leave for the beach. Also it is important to exfoliate and moisturise your body, before and after hitting the water, to protect it against harmful effects of water. Don’t forget to wear enough sunscreen while on beach holiday or at pool to protect your skin from suntan damage.
