Sarina Bakshi Sharma – Co-Founder & COO - H&S Designers Ms. Sarina is co-founder & COO of “H&S Designers”. She is in the fashion world since 2007 her passion is to create detailed ethnic attires. She is an ambitious hardworking and a passionate designer. During an interview she says “I aspire to continually grow & further develop my talent within the factor. Having my interest made me inspired to start my own venture in Delhi and now in Faridabad as null. As a regular traveler we have a schedule client & we deliver worldwide. We are specialized in color & embroidery and having excellent sketching skills, we are using advanced technology to make designs for our clients. To expand the venture we are already in a phase of discussion to come up with more studios globally since our clients demand more from us and we all happy to do so very soon in near future. The upcoming areas would be – Dubai, Thailand, Singapore & Australia. During the press conferencing me & Hina shall announce our next. In the same time, we would want to grow along with our employees base of about 35 including all stores. It’s a great venture to support each other & grow together.

Hina Shukla Guha - Founder & Managing Director - H&S Designers Miss Hina is an entrepreneur and a founder of H&S Designers, which has now turned to be a renowned brand in the industry. Hina is being recognized in the fashion world by many big event organizers and celebrities. She started her career with Aviation industry and have worked with few big corporates. while she used to support the idea of designing during her free times. She cherished the journey from being an employee to the entrepreneur. During an interview she says “I’m thankful to my God, my good stars and universe for being kind with me. I always had the spark of doing something for my family, friends and society. It was never so easy to quit from the corporate and start my own venture that to in different direction. The most important person who supported in this idea is my husband Mr. Sujit Guha. He is also a finance professional in one of the leading corporate in travel & tourism industry. In spite of his busy schedule he stood by her and supported. Hina further says “Everything good that has happened to me is because I said “YES” to something when it would have been safer to say “No”. Think about what you want to achieve and try to measure the risk and if that risk feels ok then go ahead and do it. If you genuinely have the capacity for hard work and you are the kind of person who is active and productive then you’re already ahead of the pack. Also always act with honesty and sincerity. It is much easier and much nicer doing business with people who’re authentic.

Who says that it's only women who want to dress up for Garba and Dandiya? Here are this season's trends for men as well... NOTHING BUT TRADITIONAL While there are men who wish to keep it trendy, minimal and fashionable, there are also those who want to go very traditional every single time and know how to get it just right. Yes, gamthi can never go out of style; you only need to reinvent it every year. This year, emphasize on the rich and vibrant history of Indian craftsmanship by crafting your ensemble from exquisite hand-woven textiles in khadi, Uppada and Kota using the Jamdani technique. Pick festive colors like Red, Green, Black, Yellow, Blue, handwork, mirrors, woolen thread work etc. COMFORT COMES FIRST When you have to dance nonstop for hours in spite of all the sweating, you need your ensemble to be comfortable while being stylish at the same time. Can't carry off silk kurtas and tight churidars? You can also try traditional dhotis, they are also comfortable and cool. Pick comfort-fit kurtas and pants that don't stick to your body , but still have designer appeal. In my childhood time, I used to associate Diwali with brilliant lights, fire crackers, sweets and the like. Now that I am all grown up, I still look forward to Diwali because of the brilliant lights, fire crackers and sweets, but I have yet another thing to love about it – the clothes. Diwali is the best time of the year to show off your new clothes – after all, it is the only festival where you visit all your relatives, or they visit you, thus giving you a perfect opportunity to put on a little fashion show, if you are so inclined. More like the new-age remakes of fairytales and Hollywood classics, the story of festive Indian wear is undergo a rephrase. For the young and daring, the sky is the limit when it comes to expressing their uniqueness. Take brainwave from our Indian designers who offer a range of choices in prints, silhouettes, embellishments and colors. The economic liberalization of India in the '90s had a curious by-product in Indian fashion. Come festival time, you couldn't get away from heavilyembellished ensembles. Even veteran designers had to give in to clients' demands of outrageous clothes that flaunted the affluence of crystals, diamonds and gemstones. But the well-travelled, globally aware woman of today understands that less is more. So, bling is giving way to minimal embellishments, metallic applique, and delicate vintage embroidery. Parsi embroidery is making a comeback, largely due to its use of animal and nature-inspired motifs. Look for chikankari, Kashmiri embroidery, sequined embroidery and katha work while shopping. All you need is a great tailor, a little imagination and some inspiration from your favorite designers, who are moulding silhouettes and using unconventional cuts for this purpose. Designers also loves playing with brilliant hues and quirky prints to lend festival fare a youthful pop art appeal. For instance, Designer Siddhant & Shruti fused the pant with a sari drape to create a slimming shape. A very simple and elegant dark color gown with some golden accessory. They

are so comfortable to wear and looks very classy. According to Designer Asif Merchant you can achieve great looks by using prints n experimenting with cut n fabric. Though it's a traditional festival people don't mind a bit of modern twist to the Indian look. As for women ankle length kurta with palazzos will b favorite with soft flowing fabric. As per color though festive season n season of colors we all are playing with lots of English color n experimenting with that. Men would be more trendy n bold with prints n color. Traditional kurta will be replaced with drape kurta n churidhar n salwar will be replaced by drape pants n palazzos. Flower power is going to be in this Diwali season as more n more men opt for flower n bold print for shirt jackets n kurtas etc.” Designer Vishal Kapoor Says “Diwali is all about tradition & colors, ethnic touch with western cuts creating a fusion looks are in vogue. chic short corsets teamed with floor length skirts, bling stones ensembled saris with petit blouse, long layered Anarkalis are what some one likes to grab.... fabrics like sateen georgette, chantilly lace, silk jaquarde & chiffons are perfect for this festive season.” Diwali is not only one day, its being celebrated through a week almost as Dhan Teras, Roop Chaudas / Choti Diwali, Diwali, New year day and Bhai Duj. So, according to these days you require different dressing too. While talks Designer Gagan Kumar gave some nice tips, which can be helpful for you – Try Indian heritage print full dress with little styling in fusion style. You can also try Palazzo pants with Geometrical cut kurtis, Bright color Anarkalis. For Diwali & New year day you must use our traditional look with any graceful sari or Lehnga with broked blouse.
