State of the Region to be held Feb. 15 An outlook on the area’s health care, jobs and innovation fronts will be given during San Diego North Chamber of Commerce’s annual State of the Region luncheon. The event will be Wednesday, Feb. 15 at StoneRidge Country Club, 17166 Stoneridge Countr y Club Lane in Poway. It will begin with networking at 11:30 a.m. followed by the luncheon and speakers from noon to 1:30 p.m. Those planning to attend need to register by Friday, Feb. 10 at www.sdncc.com or by calling 858-487-1767. Tickets are $45 for SDNCC members, $75 for non-members and $500 for a table of eight. Speakers will be Mary Ann Barnes, CEO of Kaiser Permanente; Randy Frisch, president and publisher of San Diego Business Journal; and Camille Saltman, president of CONNECT. Matt Sanford, the chamber’s business development manager, said Barnes will talk about developments in health care in San Diego and its impact on the economy. As for Frisch, he will talk
