Boudin Dip Recipe

Boudin DIP Boudin is definitely one of Southwest Louisiana’s favorite snacks, and this dip is sure to please guests.

• 8 oz. cream cheese

• 1 cup cheddar cheese

• 8 oz. sour cream

• 1 lb. boudin

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.

3. Remove boudin from casing and combine into cream cheese mixture.

4. Pour boudin dip into a 2 quart baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.

5. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips. Instructions
