Everyone, from the Board of Trustees to our faculty and employees, is dedicated to keeping our tuition and fees affordable to you! We seek new programs and markets, have an entrepreneurial spirit and encourage innovation to generate savings, all the while working together to provide a quality education to our students. Everyone applying for financial aid must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each academic year. Families are encouraged to complete the form in January to be eligible for financial aid from the state of Illinois Monetary Award Program (MAP). Federal financial aid, known as a PELL grant, is considered throughout the year. Lake Land College’s code is 007644.

The plan allows you to make monthly payments throughout the semester. There is a small fee to use this service, but no interest is charged.

Lake Land College takes your safety very seriously. Officers from the Police Department patrol campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The college has been recognized nationally for its safety. Each month college administrators test the emergency alert system and biannually hold exercises to test the emergency procedures and policies. Ninety-seven percent of students feel safe on Lake Land College’s campus.
