LAKELAND COLLEGE LOGO QUICK GUIDE PRIMARY LOGO

This is the primary logo to be used with all branded Lakeland College material. Whenever appropriate space and light is available, use this primary version of the logo. USE SOLID PANTONE 350 GREEN BACKGROUND WHENEVER APPROPRIATE SPACE AND A DARK BACKGROUND IS AVAILABLE.

PRIMARY ICON

The icon can be used when the name of the college does not need to be referenced, or when the name will appear as a main component of the design elsewhere. An example of this would be a website favicon USE SOLID PANTONE 350 GREEN BACKGROUND WHENEVER APPROPRIATE SPACE AND A DARK BACKGROUND IS AVAILABLE.

ALTERNATE WORDMARK

The horizontal wordmark may be used when available space is not well-suited to the primary wordmark. USE SOLID PANTONE 350 GREEN BACKGROUND WHENEVER APPROPRIATE SPACE AND A DARK BACKGROUND IS AVAILABLE.

COLOUR

When 1 colour printing is required it may appear in all black or all white. PANTONE 350

ONE COLOUR

To be used whenever one-colour printing is required. It may appear in black or white, depending on the appropriate background. USE SOLID GREEN BACKGROUND WHENEVER APPROPRIATE SPACE AND A DARK BACKGROUND IS AVAILABLE.

GREYSCALE

When colour is not available, a greyscale version of the logo may be used.

LOGO CLEAR SPACE

Ensure there is a buffer zone equivalent to the height of the lowercase “l” of Lakeland around the perimeter of the primary logo. For the secondary logo, a buffer zone the equivalent to the height of the lowercase “n” is acceptable. No objects should touch this space.

MINIMUM SIZE

In order to ensure legibility, the logo should not be reproduced at a width of less than 0.75 in or 55px.

There are two versions of the Lakeland tagline. Option 1 should be added to the right of branded elements, while Option 2 should be used for layouts that require a centred design.

USING THE WORDMARK WITH SUB-BRANDS

When using the wordmark with Lakeland sub-brands, the mark on the lower-case 'l' is removed. 'Lakeland' should appear above the taglines or titles of the sub brand.
