Graeme McDowell 2019 Corales Puntacana Resort & Club Champion
Graeme McDowell won the Corales Puntacana Resort & Club Championship, closing with a 3-under 69 for a one-stroke victory over Chris Stroud and Mackenzie Hughes. The victory came with a fully exempt status on the PGA TOUR for two years and a spot in the PGA Championship.

Sung Kang 2019 AT&T Byron Nelson Champion
A 23-foot birdie putt on the 15th hole allowed Sung Kang to take the lead for good at the AT&T Byron Nelson. His first PGA TOUR win, Kang broke the opening 36-hole record and equaled the opening 54-hole record of 194.

Madison Keys 2019 Western & Southern Open Champion
Her fifth career win and second title of the year, Madison Keys brought home the Rookwood trophy at the Western & Southern Open in Cincinnati in August. Keys was the first American woman finalist in this tennis tournament since Serena Williams won the title in 2015.

Team Europe 2019 Solheim Cup Champions
Lake Nona member Anne van Dam helped Team Europe bring home the 2019 Solheim Cup in September, marking Europe’s first win since 2013. Europe won the final three singles matches of the tournament to seal a sensational 14.5-13.5 victory over the United States at Gleneagles Country Club in Scotland.

In partnership with Signet LLC and its subsidiary Integrated Wellness Partners, Tavistock Development Company is breaking ground on an innovative wellness, performance and medically integrated fitness facility in October 2019, with an opening date set for December 2020.

A Letter from the President Welcome to Lake Nona, a community of and for the future. We are excited for all that is happening both inside and outside the gates. As the Club continues to focus on our f ive-year strategic capital plan by reinvesting in our amenities and inf rastructure, we are thrilled to have completed a number of capital enhancement projects this summer. Among them, we nearly doubled the size of the driving range, renovated the chipping green, relocated the tee box on Hole #10, completed our Lodge room renovations and added pickleball courts to the Bath & Racquet Club. These enhanced amenities will elevate the dynamic lifestyle offerings available to our members as the Club continues to set new standards for better living in Central Florida. Lake Nona Town Center’s Pixon apartment community has added new tenants to its retail space. Fitness studios Club Pilates, Rukus Cycling Studios and Neighborhood barre™ will join Foxtail Coffee and Island Fin Poké Co. on the ground floor. All tenants are expected to open by the end of 2019. The Region also has launched Move Nona, a bold new approach to transportation by providing Lake Nona residents and visitors with a variety of eff icient and interconnected ways to get around. The f irst initiative is an autonomous shuttle service operating on a f ixed route between Lake Nona Town Center (located at Pixon) and Laureate Park Village Center. During the initial launch period, shuttle service will be complimentary, so be sure to take one for a ride. Lake Nona announced plans for a seven-acre linear park anchored by an open waterway designed to serve as an alternative for stormwater management. Surrounding the waterway, the park will feature multiple trails, pocket parks and activity spaces. It will stretch more than 100 feet wide along a half-mile path. Park construction is expected to begin next year. We are excited about the continued growth throughout the Region, as well as the future expansion of Lake Nona Golf & Country Club. We look forward to serving you for many years to come.
