CHILLIN’ …
Soak a hand towel in water, spray it with lavender, and chill it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before you get into your bubble bath or faux steam room. Once you’re ready to relax, grab your chilled towel and place it over your face and breathe in while your worries melt away.
PAMPER YOUR PEEPERS!
Try slices of cucumber, soaked green tea bags, or slices of potatoes. The tea’s caffeine will help constrict the appearance of blood vessels and the antioxidants will reduce inflammation. Potatoes and cucumbers are also a natural way to reduce puffiness and swelling.
TIPS,
AHHH … STEAMY!
Run your shower as hot as possible (with all the doors closed) for a few extra minutes before getting into your bubble bath. Also, tie a bouquet of eucalyptus around your shower head to really bring in the natural spa energy and aroma.

HOME MED-SPA EDITION
SET THE TONE.
For your bubble baths, have fresh-cut flowers in your bathroom, light candles, use an aroma diffuser, put on your favorite music … set the tone for your home-spa! Splurge on an extra-thick and soft towel and bathrobe.
EASY FACIALS.
Mash half a ripe banana with honey and baking soda. When the ingredients are well-mixed, gently apply it to your face. The mask might feel runny at first, but it should dry quickly. Let the mask sit for at least 10 minutes before washing it off.
WHAT’S YOUR POUR?
To really make it feel spa-inspired, make some infused “spa waters.” Flavoring a pitcher of water with strawberries and mint, citrus and cucumbers, or berries will make your experience more luxurious and help keep you hydrated! Of course a nice glass of wine is très bien as is a nice cup of hot tea—try chamomile, mint, or lavender tea for ultimate relaxation.

THERE’S A NEW WAY TO MAKE OVER YOUR HOME, INSIDE & OUT
Refinishing your kitchen and bathroom cabinets is one the most cost-effective ways to update your home and boost your home’s value. After all, you know what they say, “Kitchens and bathrooms sell homes.” Now, Spray-Net offers you a way to easily transform the look of your kitchen and bathrooms without having to spend a ton of money on replacing your cabinets or live through a disruptive remodel. Whether you want cabinets in the popular color of Chantilly Lace or a trendy choice like Hale Navy, or maybe you want to paint your island one color and other cabinets another color, Spray-Net can make your dream come true. Here’s more good news: It can take Spray-Net as little as one day to transform your cabinets. Spray-Net’s cabinet painting process is so unique that it’s been featured on HGTV and endorsed by Sarah Richardson, TV personality and one of the leading interior designers in North America. You can head to their website to check out the range of colors offered for cabinets (custom colors are always an option, too) and try out the Visualizer to imagine what your kitchen cabinets would look like updated with Spray-Net.
The best part is the price will blow you away. Just like its exterior painting service, Spray-Net offers a 15-year no-peel warranty. That’s almost unheard of in the painting industry. Spray-Net can offer this warranty because they manufacture their own specially formulated paint. To provide you with superior durability and a flawless finish, Spray-Net formulated a polyurethane paint for kitchen and bathroom cabinets that combines the best of all worlds: • the adhesion of a soft alkyd • the flexibility of urethane • the hardness of a polyurethane
This formula makes the Spray-Net coating flexible enough to avoid cracking, hard enough to avoid chipping, smooth enough to wash easily and tough enough to block stains. Their paints come in a low toxicity, waterbased formulation that conforms to Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association standards. The result is a seamless factoryquality looking finish that will have your friends asking you where you bought your “brand new” cabinets.

Spray-Net’s founder and President Carmelo Marsala explains:
“Using our proprietary line of industrial-strength coatings and patented application processes, we renew and transform existing surfaces that most people think can’t be painted but, instead, replaced. We revamp and transform stucco, brick, aluminum, and vinyl siding, front and garage doors, aluminum, and vinyl windows, and even kitchen cabinets. In just one day, we deliver a permanent factory finish that won’t peel and that looks just like new, not repainted. We’ve taken the process of factory painting and optimized it for application outside the controlled environment of the factory."
