The house will be at the end of the cul-de-sac. 2948 West Club Boulevard (C-77): Leaving 154 Homestead Road, follow Homestead Road to Seminole Way. Turn left onto Seminole Way. Lake Toxaway Estates Lake Toxaway is the largest private lake in North Carolina, with an area of 640 acres and 14 miles of shoreline. It is filled by multiple free-flowing mountain streams, the largest of which is the Toxaway River. Because Lake Toxaway is not used as a reservoir or to generate power, residents enjoy a constant water level at 3,010 feet above sea level.
Lake Toxaway Estates is a private community with approximately 1,100 home sites ranging in size from 20-acre camps to half-acre lots.
