Spring Programme Explorations 2010

SPRING 2010 Newsletter 115 Hello and welcome to Spring! Always exciting at this time of year is La Mama’s Explorations Season, so be daring and don’t just take a risk… take several! Over the last 5 years more than half of our Explorations have gone on to develop into full seasons, both at La Mama itself and other theatres around the country. Our Spring Season welcomes back to La Mama a careful selection of Melbourne’s absolute finest creators, writers, directors and performers to cap off what has been a fantastic and successful 2010. Looking forward just a little, the La Mama car park will be transformed into an open extension of our garden thanks to the support of the City of Melbourne and the Government of Victoria through the Cultural Precincts Enhancement Fund. We are hoping it will be finished in time for the commencement of the 2011 Summer Season. See you at La Mama in the coming months.
