SUMMER ENRICHMENT
In response to the unprece-
dented events of the spring, we have developed exciting virtual enrichment opportunities for our LCDS students this summer. We are pleased to announce that we have over 90 FREE offerings from the majority of our faculty across all three divisions! Summer Virtual Enrichment will run for five weeks beginning the week of June 15 and ending the week of July 13. Most enrichments are one hour per week for a total of five sessions. We hope that your student will take advantage of the opportunity to continue connections with curriculum, teachers, and friends. With offerings like juggling, geometry, book clubs, GeoPolitics, music, cooking, foreign language, and coding, just to name a few, we have something for everyone!
All enrichment programs are being offered free of charge to our LCDS students. LCDS is committed to helping our students not just coast but soar this summer! Please sign up for as many as you like. Be sure to read the descriptions for appropriate grade level (using the student’s rising grade level for 2020-2021 school year) and note if any materials are required. Many enrichments do not require anything but an iPad or computer access. And if your child needs to miss one of the five sessions, that’s ok! Enrichment Program sign-ups will close at 8 p.m. Friday, June 5. Some classes have a limited number of spots, so be sure to reserve yours now! Google Meet links will be emailed the week of June 8 along with any special instructions from the teacher.
