Introduction Welcome to our price list for 2015/16 The Group now has 3 x 500kw Wind Turbines in full operation, producing over 6,000,000 Kw hrs of SUSTAINABLE ELECTRICITY. We produce much more power than we actually use across the group giving us our much prized CARBON MINUS STATUS We operate 3 electric Nissan Leaf’s in the business and together with our 40kw solar array, light weight bottles and movement lighting we are at the forefront in the liquor industry for sustainability. The Group now employs over 350 full time local people.

LANCHESTER WINES Our new Silver Creek Australian range will be introduced spring 2015. The range includes two superb quality Reserve wines from the Limestone Coast region. From our Australian agency McPherson, we have added two small ranges of boutique wines under MWC and Moonstruck with state of the art designed labels. Also, watch out for their icon wine Chapter Three which has become much more competitively priced. Our New Zealand offering has been strengthened by the inclusion of the Ohau region in the far south of the North Island and the brand which is of excellent quality and sustainably produced. This year we will be bottling our first Malbec from Argentina, but also one from Australia. Waters Edge our ‘on’ trade leading brand will have a newly designed label, more contemporary with a dash of style (available summer). An alcohol free varietal range will be arriving under the Light Live range which will compliment our sparkling offering. Our export business continues to grow with Abu Dhabi and Finland joining our list of destinations; our knowledgeable and experienced team are looking forward to seeing you and presenting a truly world class offering in both style and quality. As ever we are very proud of our premium range and here’s to an excellent 2015 for us all.

GREENCROFT BOTTLING Greencroft just continues to amaze the industry, with massive increases in volume each year; we fill for the world’s major brands who are all absolutely delighted with the quality and service they receive. Two more 16,000 bottle per hour, state of the art, wine lines are due to arrive in June & July, giving a total capacity of just short of 100,000 bottles per hour. The last 12 months have seen our first bag in box wine produced and also the first 75cl PET bottles have been run on Line E. In 2015 we are investing in excess of £4 million on brand new top of the range bottling equipment which will further enhance our claim to have the most modern and up to date wine bottling facility in Europe if not worldwide. The quality of production is unsurpassed and we always achieve the highest awards in all audits due to in most part the professional and passionate team of people who work with us in the business.

LANCHESTER GIFTS The gifting business has seen growth of over 30% in the last year. Producing even larger volumes of gifts and hampers; to give an idea of scale, we are in the top 3 basket importers in the UK, we buy over 400,000 jars of preserves, as we are the major high street, retail and e commerce supplier. Look for our new site www.giftdropshipping.co.uk this will give you a broad range of high quality and diverse gifts for your business whether you want to retail them or use them for corporate gifting. Gifts operate out of a 55,000 sq ft facility, in 2016 we will need even more space to cope with the growth in all sections. 2014 saw the launch of the “Best in Show” range of pet gifts which are taking the retail world by storm, this is the first time a unique and high quality pet gifting range has been available in the UK, with large volume capability. Best in Show is going to be available in most of the national pet retailers as well as High Street and local stores, a range for all the trade. Bonding & Distribution BONDING AND DISTRIBUTION The Group has grown our bonded warehouse capability dramatically over the last 12 months, adding 100,000 sq ft of bonded facility in Blaydon and recently buying another 225,000 sq ft warehouse in Felling, giving the business over 900,000 sq ft of bonded warehouse space, by far the largest in the north. We offer exceptional levels of service to all our customers large and small. We have state of the art security systems in all buildings and we have a staff of 10 looking after the 24 hour manned security of all of our facilities. A brand new Volvo 500 HP tractor unit joined the fleet in April, with the largest Euro 6 engine showing very low emissions. Giving us 6 artics in all. We have also increased our trailer fleet to over 20 as bottling is producing 700 pallets per day it is a major logistic operation. 20 brand new Toyota fork lift trucks joined our 45 strong fleet over the last 6 months with “super clean” gas engines this will make us much more efficient in our task of handling 1000’s of pallets daily.

i GREENCROFT BOTTLING Greencroft is now in it’s 12th year of operation, the volumes of wine filled are increasing at a rate of 35/40% per year, which in itself is amazing, but the quality of both product and service is continuing to be of the highest order; which is a tribute to Mark and his team, as the one word that is on everyone’s lips is always “quality”. An ERP computer system is due to go live in June. This will add to the quality and availability of information immeasurably. Greencroft is a truly world class business with the latest technology equipment, operated by tremendous people, whom I am very proud to work with.

Tetra Pak Wine TETRA PAK WINE In mid 2013 we installed a Tetra Pak filling line. This is the only strictly wine dedicated Tetra Pak line in the UK. This recyclable Tetra Pak carton uses less energy to produce, transport and recycle than a glass bottle. The wine is packed using renewable wind and solar energy generated on our site. The whole operation is better than carbon neutral – it’s CARBON MINUS. Our Tetrapaks are 1 litre in size. Ideal for wine by the glass, outside functions and retail.
