Membership FOUNDER MEMBERS The first three meetings of what was then the Cruise Indian Ocean Association (CIOA) were held in Réunion (October 1998), Mombasa (June 1999) and Swakopmund (October 1999). Full members who attended one of those first three meetings will become founder members as long as they confirm membership. ADMISSION FEE AND SUBSCRIPTIONS The admission fee is US$ 1,000 for full members and US$ 500 for associate membership. The annual subscription fee is US$ 3,000 for full members and US$ 1,000 for associate members.
