DEALER PROGRAMS CONTINUE TO DRIVE GROWTH FOR OUR MEMBERS
The Retail Performance Specialist (RPS) and Farm Production Consultant (FPC) programs gained even more momentum, produced strong results and continued success.
The RPS program enhances employees’ efforts around display building, event support, social media content development and connectivity. Dealer and cooperative participants in the program yielded nearly 16,500 tons of additional sales in 2022. Meanwhile, through the FPC program, over 570 feed-focused team members evaluate current customer programs and make recommendations on Purina and Nutra Blend products. These consultants now promote growth with over 830 cooperatives and dealers through on-farm selling and consultation with sales increasing by over 12,500 tons in 2022.
