The Flexible Labor Program was developed to meet the workforce at their availability to help overcome pandemic-led labor shortages.

The program has appealed to parents/caregivers, college students and people coming out of retirement who need flexible working hours. A sign of early success, there are now more than 130 part-time flex positions across the enterprise in more than 20 production facilities, with up to 600 flex roles expected to roll out in 2023.
