Stir-fried noodles with vegetables and prawns 15

100g readytrimmed broccoli
500g fresh yellow noodles
1 large red capsicum, sliced
2 tbsp oyster sauce
400g medium-sized prawns, shelled
(Additional ingredients: 4 tbsp water)
Method
• Heat Tefal Sautepan and put in three tablespoons cooking oil. Once oil is hot, fry prawns until just cooked. Remove and set aside. • Using the same pan, stir-fry broccoli for one minute and cover pan with its lid for two minutes. Add capsicum and let it cook for another 30 seconds. Remove and set aside. • Heat pan and add two tablespoons oil. Wash noodles over running water to break them up. Then, stir-fry noodles for one minute. Combine oyster sauce with water and drizzle over noodles. Stir-fry noodles for another minute before adding prawns and broccoli. • Mix well and turn off heat.

Ingredients
2 lemons, juiced
8 cherry tomatoes
200g red rice, washed
1 can tuna in olive oil
A bunch of mint leaves, leaves only
(Additional ingredients: Salt and black pepper)
Method • Fill Tefal rice cooker with water and cook red rice under ‘brown rice mode.’ Leave to cool. • To assemble rice salad, fluff up rice and lightly toss with lemon juice, tuna, mint leaves and tomatoes. • Season with salt and freshly grated black pepper to taste.
Creamy prawns with bird’s eye chilli

6 bird’s eye chilli, crushed
2 stalks lemon grass, crushed
350g prawns, sharp ends trimmed
1 large onion, sliced thinly
100ml coconut milk
(Additional ingredients: Salt)
Method • Using a Tefal Stewpot, bring coconut milk, water, lemon grass, bird’s eye chilli and onion to a slow boil. Let the mixture simmer for five minutes. • Increase heat to high and add prawns. Once prawns have turned red, season with salt to taste and turn off heat.

Method • Marinate sliced chicken breasts with salt. Combine grinded oats with parmesan cheese and mix well. • Place two to three carrot sticks in the middle of the chicken slices and roll it up. Place a carrot flower over the top and push a bamboo skewer into the rolled chicken. • Dip in olive oil and oats mixture. • Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients and arrange chicken rolls on Tefal ActiFry Snacking rack and let it cook for 12 minutes.
Palm sugar cake Ingredients

200g palm sugar, grated

Method • Combine palm sugar with coconut milk in Tefal Saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Strain and sieve mixture and set aside. Mix in the corn oil and set aside. • Sift self-rising flour in a mixing bowl with salt. Beat eggs until fluffy. • Pour palm sugar mixture and eggs into flour mixture and stir batter until it becomes smooth. • Lightly grease Tefal rice cooker and pour mixture into cooker and cook under ‘cake mode.’ Once done, remove and let it cool on a wired rack.
