Sabía que aunque radique en Estados Unidos podría tener un crédito hipotecario para una casa en México? El Instituto de los Mexicanos en el Exterior (IME) recordó que existe el programa Tu Vivienda en México, que tiene como principal objetivo que las personas que nacieron en este país y vivan en Estados Unidos o Canadá adquieran una vivienda. “Entendiendo que la mayor parte de las personas que migra del país para trabajar está en Estados Unidos, el programa está enfocado ahí. De los créditos hipotecarios que se autorizan, 99% de ellos está ubicado en dicho país; sin embargo, sí tenemos opción en Canadá”, acotó. En este programa participan por parte del gobierno de México la Comisión Nacional de Vivienda, la Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF) e instituciones reconocidas en el financiamiento hipotecario, como BBVA Bancomer, Grupo Sadasi, ¡Échale! a tu casa, Grupo San Carlos, Consorcio ARA
y Autofin México. El apoyo se hace a través de un crédito para migrantes, usando como fuente de pago las remesas, sin importar su condición migratoria. Gonzalo Palafox, director de Banca Hipotecaria de BBVA Bancomer, informó que durante más de 10 años esta institución ha facilitado el acceso a un crédito hipotecario a mexicanos que radican en Estados Unidos o Canadá por medio de su programa Tu Opción en México. Así, afirmó, con esta herra-
mienta los mexicanos que radican allá pueden aprovechar la presencia que hay con la filial de BBVA Compass, en donde se le atenderá considerando que hay quienes por diversos motivos no pueden viajar fuera de Estados Unidos; si éste es su caso con este procedimiento puede ser atendido por ejecutivos, se integra el expediente, se lleva a cabo el llenado de solicitudes e integración de documentación y posteriormente el expediente se envía a las oficinas de México para tramitarlo. El “shoplifting” te puede costar la visa
Se le llama shoplifting al robo de mercancía en tiendas hecho por los clientes, parece un acto inofensivo, pero puede resultar en graves consecuencias legales sobre todo si se trata de un extranjero visitando Estados Unidos

n estudio de NASAP (Asociación Para la Prevención del Shoplifting) advierte que existen más de 27 millones de personas en Estados Unidos que realizan esta práctica, es decir 1 de cada 11. El estudio también reporta que hombres y mujeres roban en tiendas por igual, el 25% son adolescentes mientras que el 75% son adultos. No existe un sólo perfil de este tipo de infractores, no siempre se trata de gente pobre que lo hace por necesidad, muchos lo hacen por sentir “la adrenalina” del momento.
Los shoplifters roban y compran al mismo tiempo, entran a las tiendas pagan por un artículo y roban el otro. Solo un 3% son profesionales, es decir roban para revender la mercancía. ¿Pero cuales son las consecuencias en una persona que está de visita en el país, si es sorprendido en esta actividad? Primero, si eres sorprendido robando en una tienda, lo más seguro es que termines arrestado como cualquier otro, y al ser presentado ante las autoridades es que el individuo acreditará su identi-
dad como extranjero. Aquí es cuando se complica la situación, si te ves involucrado con la policía y dependiendo del monto del hurto, es muy probable que termines en corte frente a un juez. Si dejas el país antes de acudir a tu cita en corte, se te considerará en desacato y en una siguiente entrada al país podrías no solo ser arrestado sino también podrían suspenderte la visa, explica el sitio de ayuda legal, ExpertLaw. Un record criminal en Estados Unidos aparecerá muy seguramente en los consulados y embajadas cuando el ofensor se presente a renovar una visa, y en consecuencia la visa te puede ser negada. Lo mismo ocurre cuando se solicita la residencia o “Green Card” , La Agencia de Inmigración y Ciudadanía de Estados Unidos,( USCIS) ordena la toma de huellas para la revisión del record del solicitante.
We Have Slavery

aving read Noam Chomsky’s book, “ Power Systems”, it becomes evident we are witnessing a national transition towards mental slavery of the malleable masses. Mental slavery is not a recent advent. Bob Marley in song advocated “ Emancipate yourself from mental slavery”. Perhaps Bob Marley was delivering a message. When we, the residents of the nation want enough freedom so as to not be enslaved, new methodology for controlling the masses evolves from political provocateurs. New methods of enslaving creep up on the unsuspecting, imposing new forms of indoctrination and control. Today, themes of free health care, unlimited wages, voting rights without identification, unlimited malfeasance without police interference are all part of the mode for controlling the uneducated masses. Harnessing federal agencies to collaborate in the process enables constitutional indecency. Half of congress and half the nation are too dim witted to understand the transition taking place. A great portion of our nation and representatives have drunk the Kool-Aid. The other half of the nation are old fashioned conservatives. Old fashioned conservatives valued traditional values. They had a clear concept of right and wrong, adherence to the constitution, support of our troops, the dividing line between freedom and national enslavement. They also expected elected representative to advocate for the principles of law and order and maintain the highest respect for the nation. Today, presidential waffling in favor of weakening our traditional values, decreasing our influence across the globe, cooperating with known terrorist nations, elimination of our space programs with no launch of a shuttle without assistance from Russia or Red China, all have become acceptable. Turning a blind eye towards nuclear proliferation of a terrorist nation intent on wiping Israel and us off the map is so unconscionable as to warrant investigating ourselves to delve into our mental sanity. Mental slavery has taken place and the only remaining course for
traditional conservatives is to garner enough understanding among the masses to vote those advocating the United States remain complacent in a world of chaos out of office. While we conservatives attempt to instill countering thinkers to see our point of view, those leaning to keep us mentally enslaved have already garnered assistance from the mainstream media and have launched a campaign to change the subject entirely. Any attempt to invalidate what we now know to be unworkable has been reduced to nothing more than racism. Advocating law and order predisposes you to be a racist. Advocating work for a living demonstrates your contrariness towards the poor. Advocating in support of life through the abstinence of killing a fetus labels you as antiwoman. As more and more is learned about sexual preference being programmed prior to birth, conservatives are becoming more realistic on opinion; this issue will ultimately be a non issue. One of the greatest threats within our nation is the lawlessness which has ensued with the cheerleading of the Justice Department and cat calls from the Oval Office. Policing high crime areas now carries a greater threat from the “Justice” department than the law breakers themselves. Enforcement neglect by police is now instigated by our own KoolAid intoxicated leaders. A community leader by the name of Wright, no connection with the Reverend Wright on national television said America faces a greater threat and revolution from “Us-es”, not ISIS. As Americans, we are exhibiting signs of splintering, welcomed by our enemies and led by our own president. The question is “what should we do?”. It does not take much thought. After the primaries in 2016 there will be two candidates, one will be decidedly more dangerous. We must reject any connection to the liberal representatives we have and proceed to a new conservative slate with a state of mind that will return us to the civilized concept of God and country. The alternative is a nation mentally enslaved.
