El Servicio de Impuestos Internos (IRS) anunció los ajustes anuales por inflación de más de 40 disposiciones tributarias para el año tributario 2015. Esto incluye las tarifas del impuesto y otros cambios tributarios.

l Procedimiento Tributario 2014-61 (en inglés) ofrece detalles sobre estos ajustes anuales. Los cambios tributarios para el 2015 de mayor interés a los contribuyentes incluyen las siguientes cantidades: • La tasa tributaria de 39.6 por ciento afecta a solteros con un ingreso superior a $413,200 ($464,850 para casados que presentan declaración en conjunto), un aumento de las cantidades anteriores de $406,750 y $457,600, respectivamente. Las otras tasas marginales de – 10, 15, 25, 28, 33 y 35 por ciento – así como otros límites relacionados al impuesto federal se describen en el procedimiento tributario. • La deducción están-
dar aumenta a $6,300 para solteros y también para casados que presentan declaración de impuestos por separado y para los casados que presentan en conjunto, $12,600, un aumento de
$6,200 y $12,400 del año 2014 respectivamente. La deducción estándar para los que declaran como cabeza de familia aumenta a $9,250, de $9,100. • El límite para el reclamo
de deducciones detalladas en la planilla de impuestos del año tributario 2015, se establece a partir de ingresos que superen $258,250 ($309,900 para casados que presentan en conjunto. A2
Aumentó el envío de Remesas a México en el mes de septiembre
Las remesas enviadas por los mexicanos que trabajan en el exterior a sus familias aumentaron 7.07 por ciento en septiembre respecto al mismo mes de 2013, con lo que sumaron 14 meses de incrementos a tasa anual, revelaron datos del Banco de México (Banxico).

ste comportamiento, que elevó las remesas a mil 957.7 millones de dólares en el noveno mes del año, se deriva de las alzas logradas tanto en el número de operaciones como en la remesa promedio. Las operaciones por remesas ascendieron a 6.75 millones en el mes de referencia, un volumen que apoyó el avance de 5.19 por ciento anual en el indicador. El valor promedio de los envíos de dinero se elevó 1.79 por ciento, a 289.8 dólares, tras cinco contracciones a tasa anual en este renglón. La recuperación del empleo y de la actividad económica en Estados Unidos está impulsando el envío de recursos por parte de
los trabajadores migrantes mexicanos hacia sus familias en México, dijo a Reforma Rafael Camarena, economista de Grupo Financiero Santander. El consenso de Bloomberg esperaba ingresos de remesas al país por mil 950 millones de dólares, de forma que la cifra observada fue ligeramente mayor a la prevista. Los flujos de remesas de enero a septiembre llegaron a 17 mil 585.6 millones de dólares. s Americans, we are used to certified dictators such as Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez or the present day Maduro. We are used to how they rail against their countries representatives, threaten them, outline what they as the all dominant leaders will do and then proceed to establish their own rules of the political game. This is what a dictator does, he runs the country making up his own rules and laws. Often not only violating their countries constitution but rewriting it to their convenience. We can see this as outsiders looking in. But when confronted with it in our own country, we become blinded and must decipher the lies, innuendos, orchestrated connivance and the conspiracy with our own congressional representatives who think “party” rather than “nation”. In America our incognito dictator and his political party hired an MIT Doctoral consultant, Jonathan Gruber, who has been paid millions of dollars from various sources to obfuscate, connive, and counsel on how to deceive the American people; in his words, “too stupid to know the difference” in regards to health insurance. As a result you have the Health Care law (ObamaCare) which was passed by 100% democrat votes and not a single republican vote. The health care law has nothing to do with health care, only with insurance.The truth on how it was done is now coming to light as a result of Gruber’s total arrogance and a braggadocio disdain ; Gruber not only admits to his plans and outright deceit but informs how he advised leaders while sitting around a table with President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry and a host of high level Democrats. Gruber gleefully recorded his comments on video. Six videos have been discovered to date where he quotes what Obama says and what Kerry said to prove his points; “deception and intentional obfuscation of transparency are genius ways to fool the stupid public”. President Obama confessed before television cameras he had “just learned about Gruber a few minutes ago”. “He does not work for this White House” and he does not agree with him that all Americans are stupid. Did Nancy Pelosi do the presidents briefing? They both said the same thing and both have been recorded acknowledging Gruber as the brilliant MIT Doctoral consultant who put to-

gether ObamCare. Grubber seems to be proud of his accomplishments no less than democrats who proudly voted for this bogus bill. Nancy Pelosi the House Democrat leader through her actions conceded dishonesty was the best option and lobbied for a bill “no one” had read. Remember, “we must pass it so we know what is in it.” They already knew! It is basically impossible to read the bill, I tried and could not get through the first few pages due to dozens of citings of other laws which were only referred to in article and numerical mumbo jumbo.It would take weeks in the congressional library to wade through portions of the 2,472 pages. The bill was intentionally handed out just hours before the vote. A planned ploy. TheDemocrats supported it 100%. In military missions there is “the point of no return”. While Obama knows absolutely nothing about the military, he does know the premise. If he moves forward enough with ObamaCare, even congress will not be able to reverse the consequences. Court challenges take years and voters tune out political discourse within weeks. Just as his political appointments sidestepping Senate confirmation were ultimately ruled invalid, it becomes a mute point after illegitimate appointees make policy and employment decisions which can no longer be reversed. We are heading towards another by pass of Constitutional Law with the immigration executive order coming this year before the new Senate gets sworn in. Obama does not have constitutional authority to establish immigration law, he can only enforce what is on the books. Regardless of challenges, Obama is counting on the fact once millions of undocumented immigrants “from around the world”, not just Latinos, are released legally into our society, we will be left with the consequences long after Obama leaves office. He is banking on the fact Latinos want an Emperor ruling the “democrat party” as if it were the entire nation. Those benefiting are here illegally, they already have no regard for our constitution or the fact Obama will be overstepping Congress. Our president, will again violate his oath of office, shrug his shoulders and give America the one finger peace sign. It is Obamas distorted sense of self which is converting our Constitutional Republic into pluralistic ignorance.
