Document control.  Set up and maintain a good communication flow with General Contractor, ensure the proper use of transmittals on documents, review that safety officer is covering the assigned and specific topics on tool box safety talks. Submit daily reports to General Contractor and keep a daily log for all issues involving delays or additional cost, review project specifications to determine what products require submittals, obtain submittal data from vendors and submit all required material cut sheets, follow up on progress of approvals and maintain the detailed submittal log. 2. Drawings and specifications.  At the beginning of the project we get the contract dated documents and have to ensure that they are always available for reference, maintain an updated drawing list and ensure that the field personal are working with the most current set, set up distribution procedures with General Contractor, ensure with layout guys that trailer master set is kept current, establish As-Builts protocol with general Contractor, maintain separate clean set of drawings for as-builts, turn in as built documents at the end of the job, and obtain written confirmation of receipt for closeout documentation. 3. Scope of work.  Handle contract disputes against the scope of work as they arise on jobsite, obtain written directive for all deviations from plans and specs.


4. Material / subcontractors coordination.  Assist superintendent with all material schedule an orders, for concrete ensure proper delivery rate and mixes, collect tickets, and maintain a concrete log, for pumping ensure proper pump size, help coordinate multiple pours to minimize pump cost, and maintain a pumping log, for rebar and PT cables set up with General Contractor the delivery schedule, review placing shop drawings and ensure the approval, maintain the rebar / PT log, for rental equipment keep a log for rental equipment, review equipment needs with superintendent, return rental equipment not in use and obtain written confirmation of returns. With all invoices I have to review them, confirm the receipt of material, confirm proper rate, confirm that rental equipment is still onsite, and approve them. 5. Submittals.  Review specification to determine what products require submittals, misc. materials, concrete mix requirements, MSDS, submit shoring and reshoring plans and calculations, develop a submittal schedule based on receiving shop drawings from the supplier a minimum of 6 weeks before delivery schedule, follow up on progress of approvals and maintain submittal log.

6. Safety.  Safety on the jobsite is everyone responsibility, ensure that our safety program is submitted at the beginning of the job, ensure that tool box meeting are held as schedule, and assist safety director and superintendent in enforcing safety policies. 7. Inspections.  Schedule inspections of all structural elements with General Contractor and maintain record of inspection results. 8. Job cost.  Assist superintendent with Man Hour reports  Maintain material logs (concrete, rebar, pumping and all mayor purchase)  Approve material invoices  Approve subcontractor invoices. 9. Request for Information.  It is under my responsibility the distribution and receipt of all RFIs  Review and determine with superintendent if there is a time or cost impact of RFIs, follow up to obtain written directive to proceed from general contractor and ensure proper pricing from our estimating department, maintain RFI log and book. 10. Change Order. (PCO)  Ensure proper distribution of change orders to subcontractors and field personal,  Review with superintendent to determine if there is a time or cost impact  Get the written directive in how to proceed and verify with estimating department that pricing has been submitted.


11. Schedule  Obtain the contract schedule, review it with superintendent and develop our base schedule with primavera project planner (P3), after that update it with actual dates on a regular basis, keep up with detailed notes on reasons for delays, post schedule and updates in job trailer and send regular updates to the General Contractor with written notice of delays. 12. Ticket work ( T&M ).  Write the T&M tickets to be issue, get the approval from General Contractor, and submit them from pricing. 
