After 10 years managing and training multiple company retail store teams, sales and services nationwide, I decided to challenge my creativity and completed a lash course I created Mila Rose Birmingham as a Lash Artist who discovered her passion of championingbeautywhilstprioritisinglashartistryandindividualityviacustomerservice& analysis.

My journey began back in February 2020, yet the pandemic could not hinder my determinationtostartmylashcareerandreflectinclusivitywithinthelashindustry. Since attending my first lash event in May 2022, I have grown to share my personality, confidence and focus for inclusivity, successfully become a 5 x award finalist for my lash skill and continue to set goals to encourage, influence and celebrate all people, eyes and lashesshiningthelightofpositivityandinclusiontoeveryone.
