Project design and renovation of a shopping mall on the outside of the city of Zurich, because the existing one was old and needed more space and a parking area. The new building, which consists of 3 levels and which maintains the same high level and materiality of the existing buildings, will host the leading supermarket in Switzerland (MIGROS) on two levels, offices and other commercial premises on the first floor, as a library and bakery. In addition, we must do all the planning work in the site to improve pedestrian mobility within the set.

Year: 2016 Project type: Retail, interior and spatial design office: Hotel Regina Participation: Coordinator of the spatial, graphic and interior design. During 5 months i was the edition, restoration and decoration coordinator of each of the spaces of the Hotel Regina, located in the Swiss Alps, member of the renowned network of the “Swiss Historic Hotels”. The hotel was built in 1885 and had only undergone one renovation in the 1950s. In 2016 taking the history and its image as reference, a change of internal image is made to the hotel, including furniture, documents edition, like books, Restaurant menu, personal cards, flyers, etc. And creates a new style that mixes, the history and image through the years, its privileged location in the Alps and a modern style.

Ramistrasse with its buildings from 23 to 39 is one of the most important streets of the city of Zurich, these were built in 1884 by the famous architect Heinrich Ernst. This project focuses on building number 33 throughout the downtown street and housing for many years of its designer architect. In spite of the years, its façade in Sandstone of the Oberland has remained almost intact, but its interior has undergone several uses, from offices, antique shops and luxury housing in the last floor. A survey was made in plans of the complete building and

Year: 2015 Project type: Restaurant renovation office: Moser und Wegenstein-Switzerland Participation: Architectural designs and materials The property of the former restaurant “Alpenblick” has been altered several times since the creation in the turn of the century, and in the war years a new storey has been erected. In an extremely complex reconstruction, the property, which was not basement, was equipped with an additional lower floor. The restaurant, which had previously only been operated on the ground floor, was extended to the first floor and an apartment was installed in the remaining two upper floors. Despite the high demands placed on today’s gastronomic companies, the historical character of the property has been preserved.
