Temperatures are high in summer and mild in winter. Precicpitation is not abundant. Where? Mediterranean coast and some interior areas in the South of Europe.


CONTINENTAL CLIMATE

Temperatures are hich in summer, but very low in winter. Precicpitation is higher in summer. Where? Areas in Eastern Europe.


POLAR CLIMATE

Temperatures vary between -50° in winter and 15° in summer.Precipitation is scarce. Where? North of the Scandinavian countries and Russia.


MOUNTAINS OR ALPINE CLIMATE

Temperatures arevery low in winter and cool in summer. Where? Areas at the top of the highest points of the continent.
