The office consists of 2 main floor Manager workspaces and other division such as GA, HRD,Financeareplacedinseveralareasthat aremoreprivate.

One of the main activities in this office is broadcasting. In this design there are 3 broadcast rooms with different capacities accordingtotheuserneeds.

The concept of generalworkspace(forstaff) is openspace It is in accordance with company'sworkcultureaswellastoimprovetheproductivityoftheworker.

The use of electrochromicglassallows the glass to turn color into opaque so that people inside the meeting room are not disturbed by the outside conditions

Djournal Coffee at Braga

Prologue

The main theme of this design is adaptive reuse Using one of the historicalbuildingsinBandungAuBonMarchethegoalsofthisprojectis to revive the building's function to become a coffee shop that is comfortableforpeopletohangout.

Concept

Coffee Clatch means an informal social gathering/ talk at which coffee is served It also means getting together over a cup of coffee usually at someonehouse.

Through this concept, it is hoped that this coffee shop can be a comfortable placeforpeopletoconnect

Many windows make sunlight can enter the house and makes this house a warm and soft impressionfollowingtheflowerteaconcept.

The usage of mirrors as one of the wall treatments, compact furniture, and reduction of massive walls (replace with partition) are placedtoanticipatethelimitedspace.

Background

The background come from environmental observations where generally dried leaves(speciallybreadfruitleaves)oftenbecomeorganicwasteandendsupbeing burned.

Experiment and Applications

Through the experiment, it is found that dried breadfruit leaves can be used as particle board for interior It can be used as wall coverings, partitions, and ceiling panels

Photo of dried breadfruit leaves that have been crushed, mixed with other materials, and dried so they can become particle boards

This particle board can be varied for example by adding a frame onthesideofthepanels
