With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Nicki Garwood on March 26th, 2018. Dearly beloved wife of Al, cherished sister to Lori, loving mother to Ben, Danny, and Luke, and nurturing grandmother to Naika, Naomi, and Gavin. Nicki worked as a teacher, author, social worker, and psychotherapist, where she especially cherished her time with Quebec’s indigenous communities. She had a gift for helping others, and shared it widely. As Nicki crosses the boundary between physical and spiritual worlds, she leaves behind a trail of light that emanates in everyone she touched. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 7th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Whitlock Golf and Country Club, 128 Côte St-Charles, Hudson, QC.
